KAST 2x Points Campaign Rules and Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

This Terms & Conditions ("Rules") govern the rewarding of eligible users for qualifying transactions. Participant is subject to these Rules, Affiliate Program terms (https://www.kast.xyz/rewards/affiliate-program-terms) and the Terms and Conditions (https://www.kast.xyz/legal/terms-and-conditions-of-service) governing your account by registering during this promotional period. In case of conflict, these Rules prevail for the promotion. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without notice.

2. Eligibility

• Campaign is open to all newly registered users within the promotion period from Brazil and United Arab Emirates.
• Users must comply with all applicable laws and not engage in fraudulent activity.
• Rewards are non-transferable and may be subject to taxes; users are responsible for reporting.

3. Mechanisms

2x Points Promotion

• Earn double (2X) KAST points on any single transaction of $100 USD or more made using your KAST Card during the Promotion Period.
• Examples:
  • A transaction of $99 USD earns 99 KAST points (no bonus applied).
  • A transaction of $100 USD earns 100 KAST points, plus a bonus of 100 KAST points, for a total of 200 KAST points.
  • A transaction of $1,000 USD earns 1,000 KAST points, plus a bonus of 1,000 KAST points, for a total of 2,000 KAST points.
• Bonus points will be credited to your KAST account after the completion and settlement of qualifying transaction.
• Transactions below $100 USD are not eligible for the 2X points bonus but will earn standard KAST points per the KAST rewards program.

4. General Terms

• Rewards are credited within 30 days of qualification and may be in points, cash, or credits, convertible per the Service Agreement.
• We have the sole and absolute discretion to interpret, apply, and enforce these Rules, Affiliate Program and T&C, including but not limited to reviewing, rejecting, or adjusting any transactions, referrals, spends, or rewards suspected of fraud, abuse, non-compliance or other reasons as discretionally determined by us.
• We may audit activity at any time; detection of fraud, abuse, or any violation will result in immediate disqualification from the Promotion, forfeiture of all rewards, and possible account suspension or termination.
• Rewards have no cash value unless explicitly specified. This promotion is void where prohibited by law.
• By participating, you agree to be bound by these Rules, Affiliate Program and T&C and release us, our affiliates, and agents from any and all liability arising from or related to the promotion.
• The cashback/point is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other alternatives.
• KAST reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms or engages in fraudulent activity.
• KAST reserves the right to modify or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable law.
