- Cross-Functional Alignment: Serve as the primary liaison between Product, Growth/Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure all departments are prepared for and aligned on product launches.
- Local Market Rollout: Lead the execution of localized product rollouts, adapting global strategy to meet the unique regulatory, cultural, and competitive dynamics of the UAE, UK, and NY markets.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for new launches, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize GTM tactics and drive sustained growth.
- Competitive Intelligence: Continuously analyze the competitive landscape and market trends to identify new opportunities and inform product strategy.
- Enablement: Develop and deliver internal and external enablement materials, ensuring all teams and partners can articulate the product's value proposition effectively.
What You'll Bring
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Go-to-Market, Strategy, Product Marketing, or Growth roles, specifically within a fast-growing fintech or startup environment.
- Strategic Acumen: Proven track record of developing and executing successful, data-backed GTM strategies for new products or features.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Exceptional ability to manage complex projects and influence stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and Growth teams without direct authority.
- Global Mindset: Experience in or deep understanding of global market expansion, particularly in navigating complex, multi-regional rollouts.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of synthesizing complex information for a variety of audiences.
Preferred
