The Role
We’re hiring a Head of Design to lead everything design.
You’ll be the guardian of simplicity, taste, and consistency - across the mobile app, creative direction, landing pages, campaign visuals, referral flows, in-app motion, merch, and more.
This is not for someone who wants to “own the style guide” and sit in recurring meetings.
This is for a builder. A leader. A doer.
Someone who lives in Figma, dreams in typography, and laughs in gradients.
You’ll build and lead the design team, set the bar, and help us make KAST the simplest and best-designed bank ever - minimal, intuitive, and premium. Think Airbnb ease with Apple polish.
What You'll Bring
- 10+ years of design experience across product, brand, and creative
- Mastery of mobile UX/UI - especially for consumer finance apps
- Leadership experience - you’ve hired, mentored, and inspired
