The Role
We’re hiring a Director of Growth to lead our growth squad. This is a front-line role, working closely with our Growth Director to execute the strategy that scales us from millions to tens of millions of users. You’ll collaborate across Product, Partnerships, and Compliance to design and deliver growth loops that work at ridiculous speed.
Your mission: make KAST the fastest onboarding, most referable, and most addictive stablecoin banking product.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead our growth squad, building capabilities that drive customer acquisition, activation, referrals, and retention.
- Define and execute the growth product roadmap in close collaboration with the Growth Director and Partnerships team.
- Optimize onboarding UX to cut registration-to-card activation to under 2 minutes.
- Design and scale referral and viral growth loops that compound.
- Partner with Compliance, Design, and Engineering to ensure frictionless but compliant user journeys.
- Mentor and develop junior PMs and squad members; lead by example in speed, ownership, and execution.
What You'll Bring
- 8+ years in product management, with 3+ years dedicated to growth.
- Growth hacker and entrepreneur at heart; you drive initiatives to get results fast.
- Proven experience building growth loops, funnels, and onboarding flows.
- Web3 experience required; challenger bank or fintech growth experience is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical and experimental mindset; you test, measure, and iterate quickly.
- Technical degree in IT, Computer Science, or similar.
- Founder mindset: you finish what you start, overcommunicate progress, and ship relentlessly.
