The Role

We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager - Partner Applications to build the connective tissue between KAST and the biggest players in the crypto world. You will own the strategy and execution of our partner-facing API product, creating a "light" integration that allows top-tier exchanges and wallets to seamlessly offer KAST's card products to their users.

Your mission: design a simple, powerful, and secure set of APIs that unlocks massive user growth and transaction volume. You will enable partners to embed core KAST features within their own apps, while ensuring KAST maintains the direct user relationship, brand experience, and high standard of service that sets us apart.

At KAST, ideas are worth zero. Execution at ridiculous speed is everything. This is a role for a deeply technical builder who can translate complex partner requirements into elegant API specs and ship world-class developer tools.

What You’ll Be Doing

Design and ship the KAST Partner API suite from the ground up, enabling features like SSO, balance queries, transaction history, and card status retrieval.
Develop a streamlined KYC/AML process by defining the integration for ingesting partner identity tokens (e.g., Sumsub).
Write crystal-clear, detailed API specifications and work hand-in-hand with a dedicated engineering team to manage the development lifecycle.
Create excellent developer documentation and support materials to ensure a frictionless integration experience for our partners.
Partner with our Crypto Partnerships lead to engage directly with exchanges, understand their technical and user experience needs, and translate them into a prioritized roadmap.
Define the product-level security and authentication model for our B2B services, ensuring our systems are robust and trusted.‍
Set and track KPIs laser-focused on the ultimate goal: maximizing end-user transaction volume driven through our partner network.

What You'll Bring

5-8+ years in product management, with a significant portion in a highly technical, API-first, or B2B product role.
Proven experience shipping API-first products. You are comfortable writing detailed API specifications, debating system architecture with engineers, and managing complex technical integrations.
Deep knowledge of identity and authentication systems, including SSO, OAuth, and the secure handling of user credentials.
Experience in fintech, crypto, or payments infrastructure is strongly preferred. You understand the nuances of moving and displaying financial data.
A balance of technical depth and partner empathy. You can command the respect of the engineering team while effectively communicating with external commercial and product counterparts.
Entrepreneurial mindset: you live and breathe building API products, obsess over developer experience, and build like a founder.
