The Role

We’re hiring a Senior Engineering Manager – Payments Integration to lead our squad in Singapore or Dubai. Starting with a lean team, you’ll own global money movement integrations and scale toward leading multiple squads orchestrating payments across the world.

This is a builder’s role—hands-on with systems, architecture, and scaling teams.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead & scale our payments integration platform (PSPs, banks, RTP networks)
Design event-driven, microservices architectures that are ledger-safe.
Build for resilience: retries, idempotency, reconciliation, observability, incident response.
Own AWS cloud-native deployments: high availability, auto-scaling, failover.
Partner with Product, Ops, Compliance to open new global corridors.
Hire, mentor, and grow engineers into future technical leaders.

What You'll Bring

10+ years in engineering, with 4–6 years leading teams.
Deep experience integrating PSPs, bank rails, or RTP networks.
Strong systems design mindset
Depth in Go (Golang) and Microservices architecture.
Expertise in AWS & other cloud providers
Strong communicator, builder, and operator with a bias for action.
