The Role

We’re hiring a Senior UX UI Designer to craft high-conversion mobile experiences across onboarding, cards, payments, savings, and referrals. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, and Compliance to ship designs that are simple, fast, and compliant—without compromising on quality.

Your mission: Build an experience that moves as fast as our users and make KAST the category leader. You’ll come forth with initiative ideas on UI and UX which have never been seen before. KAST will be the most intuitive, premium, and addictive stablecoin banking app.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own end-to-end design for core journeys (KYC → card activation → first spend).
  • Turn complexity (on-chain actions, compliance steps, FX, fees) into simple UX.
  • Build and maintain clean, extensible design systems.
  • Prototype rapidly (Figma/Proto tools) and validate with users; iterate using analytics.
  • Partner with Product & Engineering to scope MVPs, define acceptance criteria, and
  • Ensure design quality in the build.

What You'll Bring

  • 6-10 years designing consumer mobile apps for fintech, payments, challenger banks, or the Big 5: Google, Apple, Facebook, Amazon, and Microsoft.
  • You think differently, never settling for category norms.
  • Strong systems thinking: component libraries, tokens, motion, and responsive rules.
  • Fluency in Figma (auto-layout, variants), prototyping, and developer-ready specs.
  • Data-driven mindset: comfortable with funnels, A/B testing, and iteration loops.
  • Curiosity (or experience) in Web3/crypto, with a knack for simplifying complexity.
  • Founder mindset: you own outcomes, communicate clearly, and ship relentlessly.
