KAST Welcomes Brad Jaffe as Chief Communications Officer

We’re excited to welcome Brad Jaffe to KAST as our Chief Communications Officer.

Brad joins us after leading global communications at Binance for more than three years. During that time, he ran communications across 100 plus countries and worked across policy and regulatory communications, issues and crisis management, product and brand positioning, internal communications, and media relations.

Now, he’s bringing that experience to KAST. Brad will lead our global communications, shape our brand positioning, and support how we engage with regulators and key stakeholders as we keep building a stablecoin powered financial platform designed for real life use.

“The architecture of finance is shifting. Stablecoins have reached meaningful global scale, and they are increasingly embedded in how people move and store value. What matters now is building platforms that combine usability with durability, systems people can depend on as this transformation continues. Brad has led communications at global scale during pivotal moments in this industry. That perspective will help us shape the next phase of KAST’s growth.”

Raagulan Pathy, Founder and CEO of KAST

Stablecoins are already showing up in everyday money movement, from payments and savings to payroll and cross border settlement. In 2025, global stablecoin transaction volume grew 72 percent to more than $33 trillion, according to Artemis Analytics.

“KAST is built for people who need money to work reliably, entrepreneurs operating internationally, professionals paid in digital assets, families sending funds across borders, or individuals looking for a more predictable way to store and use value. The opportunity now is to turn this infrastructure into financial tools people trust and rely on.”

Brad Jaffe

Before Binance, Brad held senior corporate affairs roles at Mars, Incorporated and worked at Weber Shandwick and Edelman. Earlier in his career, he served in political and legislative roles for a US Senator.

We’ve also continued to grow our team across engineering, product, and compliance, bringing in talent from across fintech and crypto. With Brad joining, we’re doubling down on trust, clarity, and long term resilience as we scale KAST globally.
