On March 25, we hosted the Pengu Card Party with Pudgy Penguins at The Club by Mr. Purple in New York. The event ran from 9:00 PM to 3:00 AM during DAS week and brought together founders, investors, partners, VIP users, and community members for a late night launch around Pengu Card.
The official event listing described the night as a Brooklyn style event with rooftop views and six hours of free flow drinks. It was also invite only, with KAST users prioritized. That gave the event a strong guest mix from the start and kept the room relevant to the launch.
Pengu Card was already live, so the event gave people a chance to see the product in person during one of the busiest weeks in crypto. New York was the right place for that. DAS brought the right audience into the city, and the party gave KAST and Pudgy Penguins a clear launch moment during the week.
The room kept Pengu Card visible
The venue carried the launch across the full space. The setup included co-branded design, a photo booth, custom menus, coasters, window stickers, plushies, pins, foam board card displays, wristbands, and a display for the three physical Pengu Cards.
We also added scratch cards and giveaway moments during the night. That kept Pengu Card visible across the event instead of limiting the product to one display area. Guests could see the launch while moving through the room, talking, taking photos, and spending time with other attendees.
The Pudgy Penguins identity also came through clearly in person. The co-branded setup gave the event a distinct look and helped separate it from other DAS week parties happening across New York.
The guest mix matched the launch
The room brought together founders, investors, partners, VIP users, and community members. That mix worked well for this kind of event because Pengu Card sat at the center of both product and culture.
People were not only there for the party. They were also there to see the card, meet the teams behind it, and experience the KAST and Pudgy Penguins partnership in a live setting. That gave the event a clear purpose beyond a standard afterparty.
The setting also helped. The Club by Mr. Purple gave the event a late night New York backdrop that matched the tone of the launch and fit well into DAS week.

Pengu Card rollout gave the event more weight
The party also landed at the right point in the rollout. The virtual Pengu Card had already launched, and the physical cards were part of the broader release. So the event connected the live launch moment with a product people could already recognize.
At the venue, guests could see the three physical Pengu Card versions on display. That made the launch easier to understand in person and gave the room a product focus without turning the event into a demo.
The result was simple. The party gave Pengu Card a real launch moment in New York, put the partnership in front of the right crowd, and gave people something they could see, talk about, and remember after DAS week ended.
