The Physical Pengu Card is here

The wait is over. The Physical Pengu Card is now live in KAST.

What started as a virtual card is now something you can actually carry, tap, and use every day. And with Pengu Black and Pengu Gold, it also brings Visa Infinite to the lineup.

KAST and Pudgy Penguins built the card together from scratch. After more than 30 prototypes, the final design is here: three physical tiers, one clear identity, and a card made to stand out the moment it leaves your wallet.

Three tiers, now live

All three Physical Pengu Card tiers are now available in the app.

Tier Visa level
Pengu Card Visa
Pengu Black Visa Infinite
Pengu Gold Visa Infinite

Pengu Black and Pengu Gold come with Visa Infinite benefits, including airport lounge access, travel insurance, and concierge services. That gives the top two tiers a clear upgrade beyond the card finish itself.

Built to be used and noticed

The virtual Pengu Card gave users an easy way to spend online and with Apple Pay or Google Pay. Now, the physical card brings that same Pengu identity into everyday, in person spending.

It adds something simple, but powerful: you do not need battery, signal, or a phone screen. You just tap and go.

Unlike most cards, this one is meant to stand out. Co-branded with Pudgy Penguins, the Physical Pengu Card is designed to feel distinctive the moment it comes out of your wallet.

Ready for everyday spending in 170+ countries

The Physical Pengu Card is built for real spending in 170+ countries. It is more than a collectible launch. You can use it for everyday payments, whether you are close to home or traveling.

Shipping is handled through DHL, and delivery times vary by region. Most orders typically arrive within 1 to 2 weeks, although local courier conditions, customs, and public holidays may affect timing.

Once your order ships, you may receive a tracking number by email, depending on the courier used. Tracking updates can take 24 to 48 hours to appear after shipment.

How to order

Getting your Physical Pengu Card takes a few steps in the app:

  1. Open the KAST app & Go to the Cards tab
  2. Select your Pengu Card Tier
