Using KAST Already? The Physical Card Is Just a Few Taps Away

Your KAST virtual card already does a lot. It covers online payments, works with your phone, and keeps everything easy to manage in the app. For many users, that is enough to get started and use KAST every day.

Then the physical card comes in and makes that experience feel more complete. You do not need to depend on your battery, your signal, or your phone being ready at the exact moment you want to pay. Sometimes you just want to pull out a card, tap once, and keep going.

That is the appeal. The physical card does not replace what already works. Instead, it gives you another easy option, and in day to day life, that extra convenience goes a long way.

And yes, this part matters too. The cards look good.

The KAST Lumina card lights up when you use it. The Pengu card makes a normal payment feel a bit more fun. They are made for everyday use, but they do not look or feel like ordinary bank cards.

So if you already use KAST, the physical card feels like the obvious next step.

It is practical when your phone is not. It is nice to carry when most cards are forgettable. And it takes less than a minute to order.

How to Order Your KAST Physical Card

Are you excited and cannot wait to order your KAST card? You can order your physical card directly in the KAST app, and it only takes a few taps.

Here is how:

  • Open the KAST app
  • Tap the Card icon in the top right corner
  • Select Order a card
  • Choose the card you want
  • Pick Physical
  • Enter your shipping details
  • Review your order and confirm.

And that is it. Your order is placed right inside the app.

It is quick, simple, and satisfying. A few taps, and your KAST card is officially on the way to your wallet.

Also, some cards are free. Premium options, including certain designs or metal cards, may have a fee. The app shows the exact price before you confirm, so everything is clear before you place the order.

When Your KAST Card Will Arrive

Once your order is processed, shipping begins. Delivery time then depends on the option you chose and where the card is being sent.

Standard shipping usually takes 3 to 7 business days after processing.

Express shipping usually takes 1 to 3 business days.

International orders usually take 7 to 21 business days, depending on the destination and customs.

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

How to Follow Your Delivery

If tracking is available for your shipment, you may receive it by email after the card is dispatched. That email usually includes either a direct tracking link or the tracking number itself.

In some cases, tracking details do not appear immediately. It can take 24 to 48 hours after shipment for updates to show on the courier’s side, so a short delay is normal.

If the delivery takes longer than expected or no update appears for an extended period, the Concierge team can help check the status of your order.

Ready when you are

Your virtual card is already doing the job.

But if you want the full experience, the physical one is waiting. No reason to overthink it.

Open the app, go to the Card section, and order your physical KAST card.
