What V2 Infinite changes for you

KAST V2 Infinite is not just a card redesign.

It is a move to the Visa Infinite network for Premium and Private cards. That gives your card a broader set of benefits, including lounge access, global concierge, comprehensive travel insurance, and access to the Visa Infinite Luxury Hotels collection.

At the same time, the KAST side of your card stays in place. You still keep your membership benefits, including instant cashback and KAST Points. In other words, V2 Infinite adds more without taking away what already works for you.

KAST benefits and Visa Infinite benefits are not the same thing

At launch, all cards will be available as pre-order cards. Physical card shipping is scheduled to begin at the end of April.

Two details you should know before using Visa Infinite benefits

There are two small rules here, and both are important.

First, for any Visa Infinite benefit to apply, the full cost of the item or trip must be charged to your KAST Visa Infinite card. If you split the payment, the claim will not qualify.

Second, claims, certificates, and benefit access are handled through the Visa Benefits Portal, not through KAST directly. When you log in or sign up, you must choose Latin America or Puerto Rico as the region. If you choose the wrong region, your KAST card will not be recognized there.

These details are easy to miss, but they matter if you want the Visa Infinite side of your card to work smoothly.
