Terms and Conditions
1. Definitions
- "Program" refers to the KAST Ambassador Program — LATAM, as described in this proposal and related materials.
- "Ambassador" means any individual accepted into the Program who agrees to these Terms.
- "Applicant" means any individual who submits an application to join the Program.
- "Trial Period" refers to the period after acceptance during which the Ambassador participates without an affiliate code. Its length is determined by KAST at its discretion and may vary between Ambassadors.
- "Affiliate Program" refers to the KAST Affiliate Program, which Ambassadors may graduate into after the Trial Period.
- "Community Channels" refers to KAST's official Telegram, Discord, Instagram, X, Reddit, and other official KAST channels.
- "Platform" refers to KAST Tech's ("KAST") website, mobile application, and related services.
2. Eligibility
2.1. The Program is open to individuals who:
- Are legal residents of an eligible LATAM country listed in Section 2 of this Program (Argentina, Bolivia, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, or Uruguay), where KAST is available, KYC is supported, and active solicitation is authorized
- Have completed Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on the Platform
- Are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction)
- Are not employees of KAST, its affiliates, subsidiaries, or their immediate family members
- Are active and helpful in KAST Community Channels and have a genuine interest in stablecoins, crypto, and KAST
2.2. Applicants and Ambassadors must be physically located in an eligible country. Use of VPNs or other location-masking technologies to circumvent this requirement is prohibited. KAST may request additional verification where location eligibility is unclear. Reasonable evidence may be accepted at our discretion.
3. Program Duration
3.1. The Program is ongoing and has no fixed end date. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis.
3.2. Acceptance is indefinite, subject to continued eligibility and compliance with these Terms.
3.3. All times referenced in Program communications are in UTC unless otherwise specified.
3.4. KAST reserves the right to modify, pause, or end the Program at its discretion.
4. How to Participate
4.1. Applicants must submit a completed application via the KAST Ambassador form.
4.2. Applications are reviewed by the KAST Community Manager based on the Applicant's activity in Community Channels, content, and overall fit.
4.3. Accepted Ambassadors begin a Trial Period without an affiliate code. The length of the Trial Period is determined by KAST at its discretion and may vary between Ambassadors.
4.4. Ambassadors are expected to maintain active participation in the KAST Telegram community as a minimum. Additional contributions (content, events, onboarding, campaigns) are encouraged but flexible.
5. Benefits
5.1. The Program is unpaid. Ambassadors do not receive a monthly salary or fixed monetary compensation from KAST.
5.2. Benefits provided to active Ambassadors include:
- A free KAST card shipped to the Ambassador.
- Access to the KAST Affiliate Program after successful completion of the Trial Period.
- Access to the private KAST Ambassadors Telegram group.
- Eligibility for special campaigns, raffles, and missions.
- Access to the KAST media kit (logos, brand guidelines, templates, B-roll, talking points).
- Visibility on official KAST channels, including possible interviews and community spotlights.
- Direct communication with the Community Manager for product feedback and escalations.
- Invitations to offline KAST events when available.
5.3. Benefits are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
5.4. KAST reserves the right to substitute or modify benefits with items of equal or greater value at any time.
5.5. Graduation into the Affiliate Program is not guaranteed and is at KAST's discretion based on Trial Period performance.
6. Verification and Disqualification
6.1. All applications, activities, and referrals are subject to verification by KAST.
6.2. KAST reserves the right to reject an application or remove an Ambassador who:
- Violates these Terms & Conditions or KAST's Community Guidelines
- Engages in toxic behavior, harassment, spam, or FUD
- Engages in fraudulent activity, including fake referrals or affiliate code abuse
- Uses multiple accounts to participate
- Promotes competing products or cards
- Violates the Platform's Terms of Service
- Becomes inactive in the KAST Telegram community for an extended period
6.3. Decisions regarding acceptance, verification, and removal are final and binding.
7. Affiliate Program Caps and Limits
7.1. The KAST Affiliate Program operates under KAST's existing written approval from Reap, KAST's card-issuing partner, which permits the affiliate-style rewards described in this Program.
7.2. Any earnings generated through the Affiliate Program are subject to the separate KAST Affiliate Program terms.
7.3. KAST reserves the right to introduce caps, limits, or adjustments to the Affiliate Program at any time. References to ongoing or recurring cashback are not guarantees of permanence and may be modified or ended at KAST's discretion.
7.4. KAST reserves the right to end specific campaigns or perks offered to Ambassadors early if their budget is exhausted before the official end date.
8. Taxes
8.1. Ambassadors are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or other liabilities associated with benefits or earnings received through the Program or Affiliate Program in their jurisdiction.
8.2. KAST may require tax information from Ambassadors for reporting purposes where required by law.
9. Content and Intellectual Property
9.1. Ambassadors retain ownership of content they create about KAST. By participating, they grant KAST a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to reshare, repost, and use such content across KAST's official channels and marketing materials, with credit where reasonable.
9.2. Ambassadors must follow KAST's Brand Messaging Guide and Community Guidelines when creating content. Content must be truthful, must not include misleading financial claims, and must disclose the Ambassador relationship where required by local law.
9.3. KAST's logos, trademarks, and brand assets may only be used in accordance with the media kit and brand guidelines provided.
10. Privacy
10.1. Participation in the Program constitutes consent for KAST to use Applicants' and Ambassadors' personal information for the purposes of administering the Program.
10.2. Personal information will be handled in accordance with KAST's Privacy Policy.
10.3. Personal data may be processed and stored outside the Applicant's or Ambassador's country of residence in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
11. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
11.1. The Program is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
11.2. KAST is not responsible for:
- Technical issues preventing participation
- Errors in Program materials
- Unauthorized human intervention
- Lost, late, or misdirected applications or communications
11.3. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KAST's liability under the Program is limited to the value of the benefits provided.
11.4. The Program is a community and marketing activity and is not intended to constitute gambling, lottery, or games of chance under applicable laws. Where required by local law, benefits or mechanics may be adjusted to ensure compliance.
12. Governing Law
12.1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of the Comoros.
12.2. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of the Comoros.
13. Modifications and Termination
13.1. KAST reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or these Terms at any time without prior notice.
13.2. Modifications will be communicated through the private Ambassador Telegram group or official KAST channels and become effective immediately upon posting.
13.3. Ambassadors may leave the Program voluntarily at any time by notifying the Community Manager.
