Rewards Program Terms and Conditions
April 29, 2026
1. Introduction
These Rewards Program Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in any rewards, incentive, loyalty, or promotional program offered by KAST Tech and its affiliates ("KAST", "Company", "we", "us", or "our") through the KAST website and mobile application (the "Platform") (each, a "Rewards Program" and collectively, the "Programs").
These Terms supplement and incorporate by reference the KAST Terms and Conditions of Service, the Affiliate and Referral Program Terms and Conditions, and the Privacy Policy (together, the "KAST Agreements"). In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the KAST Agreements, the terms of the KAST Agreements shall prevail.
By participating in any Rewards Program, you ("Participant", "you", or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not participate in any Rewards Program.
The specific reward amounts, earn rates, redemption conditions, expiry periods, and any other program-specific parameters are set out on the relevant product pages of the Platform and may be updated from time to time at our sole discretion. Those product-specific terms are incorporated herein by reference.
2. Definitions
In these Terms, the following capitalized terms have the meanings set out below:
- "Cash Reward" means any monetary amount credited to a Participant's KAST account or paid to a Participant's nominated bank or payment account as a Reward.
- "Clawback" means the recovery or reversal by the Company of all or part of a Reward previously credited or paid to a Participant, as further described in Section 8.
- "Digital Token Reward" means any cryptocurrency, stablecoin, or other digital asset credited to a Participant's KAST account as a Reward.
- "Disputed Transaction" means any transaction that has been subject to a chargeback, dispute, complaint, or investigation by the Participant, a payment network, financial institution, or any regulatory or governmental authority.
- "Eligible Transaction" means a transaction completed by a Participant on the Platform that qualifies for a Reward under the applicable Rewards Program, as specified on the Platform from time to time. For avoidance of doubt, transactions’ MCC mentioned in Section 5.5 shall not be counted as “Eligible Transaction” here.
- "Expiry Date" means the date on which a Reward expires and becomes void, as specified in the applicable program terms on the Platform.
- "Personal Information" has the meaning given in the Privacy Policy.
- "Platform" means the KAST website, mobile application, and any related services or tools operated by the Company.
- "KAST Points” or “Points" means virtual reward points credited to a Participant's Rewards Account that may be redeemed in accordance with these Terms.
- "Qualifying Criteria" means the conditions that must be satisfied by a Participant in order to earn or redeem a Reward, as specified on the Platform.
- "Refund" means the full or partial reversal of a payment made by a Participant in connection with a transaction on the Platform, whether initiated by the Participant, the Company, a merchant, or a payment network.
- "Reward" means any Cash Reward, Digital Token Reward, or Points, or any combination thereof, earned or credited to a Participant under a Rewards Program.
- "Rewards Balance" means the aggregate balance maintained by the Company on behalf of a Participant that records all Rewards credited under a Rewards Program. The Rewards Balance is displayed to the Participant as a single balance on the Platform but may internally comprise Rewards in one or more of the following states:
- Locked — Rewards that have been provisionally credited at the time of a card transaction authorisation but are not yet available for redemption. All Rewards are subject to a timelock period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of crediting (the "Timelock Period"), during which they remain Locked and may not be redeemed. The Company may also lock Rewards beyond the Timelock Period where the Participant's account is under fraud, compliance, or risk review. Locked Rewards do not represent available or redeemable funds.
- Redeemable — Rewards for which the Timelock Period has expired and no additional hold or review applies. The Participant may redeem Redeemable Rewards by initiating a manual redemption request on the Platform, subject to any applicable minimum redemption threshold. Rewards are not automatically redeemed.
- Redeemed — Rewards that the Participant has successfully redeemed. Redeemed Rewards are denominated in USD and are held within the Rewards Balance as a separate spendable sub-balance. Redeemed Rewards are automatically applied with first priority to offset the Participant's next eligible card transaction; no separate action is required. If the value of the card transaction exceeds the available Redeemed balance, the remainder shall be funded from the Participant's USD Balance Account. Redeemed Rewards remain part of the Rewards Balance and are subject to the restrictions set out below.
Rewards in the Rewards Balance — whether Locked or Redeemable — may not be transferred to any external account, wallet, or third party, nor withdrawn as cash. The Rewards Balance is the primary source for any Clawback. If the underlying transaction associated with a Reward is subsequently reversed, refunded, charged back, or otherwise cancelled, the Company will automatically deduct the corresponding Reward amount from the Rewards Balance without notice, debiting Locked amounts first and Redeemable amounts thereafter. The Company reserves the right to amend the duration of the Timelock Period at any time, at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice. The Company may also freeze or restrict the entire Rewards Balance at any time where it determines, in its sole discretion, that the Participant's account is subject to a fraud, compliance, or risk review.
- "USD Balance Account" means the account maintained by the Company on behalf of a Participant that holds funds deposited, transferred, or topped up by the Participant, and from which the Participant may make card transactions, withdrawals, or transfers in accordance with the Platform's applicable terms. For the avoidance of doubt, the Main USD Balance does not include any amounts held in the Rewards Balance.
- "Rewards Program" means any rewards, incentive, loyalty, cashback, or promotional program made available to Participants through the Platform from time to time.
3. Eligibility
To be eligible to participate in any Rewards Program, you must:
- Be a registered user of the Platform with an account in good standing;
- Have successfully completed KAST's identity verification process;
- Not be a resident of, or otherwise connected to, any jurisdiction in which KAST has prohibited or restricted access to the Platform or its services;
- Be legally permitted to receive Rewards (including, where applicable, Cash Rewards and Digital Token Rewards) under the laws of your jurisdiction; and
- Comply with these Terms and all other KAST Agreements at all times.
You are not eligible to participate in any Rewards Program if:
- Your KAST account has been suspended or terminated for any reason;
- You are in breach of any KAST Agreement; or
- KAST determines, in its sole discretion, that you have engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or manipulative conduct in connection with any Rewards Program.
4. Reward Types
4.1 Cash Rewards
Cash Rewards are denominated in fiat currency and are credited to the Participant's Reward Account or USD Balance Account (as applicable depending on the Rewards Program pursuant to Section 5.6), subject to any applicable minimum payout thresholds, processing times, and verification requirements specified on the Platform. Funds held in the Reward Account may be redeemed to the USD Balance Account in accordance with Section 6, from which the Participant may withdraw or utilize such funds. Cash Rewards may not be transferred directly to any external account from the Reward Account. Cash Rewards may be subject to applicable taxes and withholding obligations. You are solely responsible for all tax obligations arising from Cash Rewards you receive.
4.2 Digital Token Rewards
Digital Token Rewards are credited in such cryptocurrency or digital asset as the Company may specify from time to time. The Company does not guarantee the value of any Digital Token Reward. The value of Digital Token Rewards may fluctuate significantly and you may receive less than the value indicated at the time of earning, due to market movements, network fees, or other factors. Digital Token Rewards are subject to additional terms applicable to the relevant digital asset on the Platform.
Digital Token Rewards do not constitute investment advice, a recommendation, or an offer to buy or sell any financial product or security. You should seek independent financial advice before making any decisions based on the value of Digital Token Rewards.
4.3 KAST Points or Points
Points are virtual units of account with no intrinsic monetary value and do not constitute cash, currency, property, or any form of financial instrument. Points exist solely as ledger entries for the purpose of tracking Participant activity and entitlements under the applicable Rewards Program, and are not held in or credited to any of the Participant's accounts. Points are non-transferable, may not be sold, assigned, or gifted to another person, and have no value outside the Platform.
5. Earning Rewards
5.1 General Earn Conditions
Rewards are earned only in respect of Eligible Transactions that satisfy the applicable Qualifying Criteria at the time the transaction is completed. The Company reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether any transaction qualifies as an Eligible Transaction.
Rewards are credited to your Rewards Account provisionally and remain subject to verification, adjustment, and Clawback in accordance with these Terms. A Reward is not considered final until it has cleared any applicable holding period specified on the Platform.
5.2 Limits and Caps
The Company may impose earn caps, limits, or restrictions on the amount of Rewards that may be earned per transaction, per day, per calendar month, or over any other period, as specified on the Platform. The Company may also limit the total Rewards available under any Rewards Program at any time.
5.3 No Double Counting
Unless expressly stated otherwise on the Platform, Rewards may not be stacked, combined, or accrued simultaneously under multiple Rewards Programs in respect of the same transaction. The Company will determine in its sole discretion which Rewards Program applies to any given transaction where multiple programs could apply.
5.4 Promotional Rewards
From time to time, the Company may offer bonus, promotional, or one-time Rewards subject to specific conditions communicated at the time of the offer. Promotional Rewards may have shorter validity periods, stricter Qualifying Criteria, or additional restrictions. The Company reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that Rewards already earned in compliance with the offer terms will not be affected.
5.5 Excluded Merchant Category Codes (MCCs)
Certain transactions are not eligible to earn any Rewards (including USD Cashback, Digital Token Rewards, or Points) regardless of whether they would otherwise satisfy the Qualifying Criteria. Transactions classified under excluded Merchant Category Codes ("MCCs") do not constitute Eligible Transactions for the purpose of these Terms.
The following categories of transactions are excluded from Reward eligibility:
- Cash-equivalent transactions, including but not limited to ATM withdrawals, wire transfers, money orders, traveller's cheques, and quasi-cash transactions;
- Financial services and money movement transactions, including but not limited to person-to-person (P2P) transfers, stored-value card loads, digital wallet funding, and brokerage or investment account transactions;
- Gambling, betting, and lottery transactions, including any transaction with a merchant primarily engaged in gambling, sports betting, casino operations, or lottery services;
- Government payments, including but not limited to tax payments, government fines and penalties, bail and bond payments, and government-administered loan repayments; and
- Insurance premium payments, including payments to insurance companies or intermediaries for any class of insurance product.
The foregoing list of excluded categories is illustrative and not exhaustive. The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to exclude additional MCC categories or specific MCCs from Reward eligibility at any time. An up-to-date list of excluded MCCs or MCC categories will be published on the Platform from time to time and is incorporated into these Terms by reference as Schedule ‘A’ (MCC Rewards Restriction List). It is the Participant's responsibility to review the exclusion list on the Platform prior to making transactions for which Reward eligibility is material.
5.6 Reward Crediting by Program Type
The account to which a Reward is credited upon earning depends on the applicable Rewards Program, as set out below. Where a Reward is initially associated with a transaction that is pending settlement, it will first appear in the Participant's Balance Pending Account on a view-only basis and will be transferred to the designated account only upon successful settlement of the underlying transaction.
- Card USD Cashback. Rewards are credited to the Participant's Rewards Balance in the Locked state instantly upon authorisation of the eligible card transaction. The Reward will transition to Redeemable upon expiry of the Timelock Period, provided no Clawback event has occurred. Cashback rates and monthly spend caps are determined by the Participant's membership tier as published on the Platform. MCC exclusions apply as set out in Section 5.5. Availability is limited to card-enabled countries as designated by the Company on the Platform from time to time.
- Cash Bonus Tasks. Rewards are credited to the Participant's Rewards Balance in the Locked state upon verification and completion of the applicable task. Availability is limited to card-enabled countries as designated by the Company.
- Referral Rewards. Rewards earned through referral programs are credited to the Participant's Reward Account automatically. The Company reserves the right to update country risk tier classifications and corresponding Reward amounts at any time.
- Local Campaigns. Rewards earned through local or regional campaigns may be credited to the Participant's Reward Account, USD Balance Account, or both, as specified in the terms of the applicable campaign. Distribution is processed manually by the Company. Each local campaign is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be communicated to Participants at the time of the campaign and require Legal sign-off prior to launch. Campaign-specific terms supplement and, to the extent of any inconsistency, prevail over these Terms in respect of that campaign.
- KAST Points. KAST Points are recorded solely in the KAST Points Ledger, which is a standalone ledger maintained by the Company for tracking purposes only. KAST Points have no monetary value, do not correspond to any cash or asset amount, and are not held in or credited to the Rewards Balance or the USD Balance Account. Distribution is automatic. KAST Points are available globally; however, any future conversion or Token Generation Event (TGE) associated with KAST Points may be subject to country-specific restrictions as determined by the Company and published on the Platform.
- The Company reserves the right to modify the crediting destination, distribution method, and regional availability of any Rewards Program at any time, subject to the notice provisions in Section 9.1.
- KAST Points are provided solely as a loyalty tool for tracking engagement and have no intrinsic monetary value. The accumulation of KAST Points does not entitle you to any property interest, vested right, or expectation of future profit. While the Company may, at its sole discretion, initiate a conversion event or Token Generation Event (TGE) in the future, such an event is not guaranteed. You acknowledge that you are not participating in the KAST Points program for investment purposes and that any future conversion remains subject to the Company’s sole discretion and may be restricted by your jurisdiction.
6. Redeeming Rewards
6.1 Redemption Conditions
Only Rewards in the Redeemable state within the Participant's Rewards Balance may be redeemed. Rewards in the Locked state are not available for redemption until the Timelock Period has expired and no additional hold or review applies.
Upon redemption, the Reward transitions to the Redeemed state within the Rewards Balance and is automatically applied with first priority to offset the Participant's next eligible card transaction.
6.2 Redemption Processing
Redemption requests are subject to verification and may take such processing time as the Company specifies. The Company reserves the right to place a hold on, delay, or decline any redemption request where:
- There are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, abuse, or a breach of these Terms;
- The Participant is located in a country where card services are not enabled;
- The relevant Rewards are subject to a pending Clawback or investigation;
- The Participant's KAST account is under review or has been flagged for compliance review; or
- Any regulatory, legal, or compliance obligation requires the Company to do so.
6.3 Finality of Redemptions
Once a redemption has been processed and the Reward has been disbursed (whether as Cash, Digital Token, or otherwise), the redemption is generally final and cannot be reversed, except in the circumstances described in Section 8 (Clawback) or where required by applicable law.
6.4 Expiry
Rewards not redeemed by the applicable Expiry Date are automatically void and forfeited with no compensation payable. The Company will use reasonable efforts to notify Participants of upcoming expiry dates through the Platform or by email, but is not obliged to do so. It is the Participant's responsibility to track expiry dates.
7. Refunds and Disputed Transactions
7.1 Effect of Refunds on Rewards
If a Participant initiates or receives a Refund in respect of a transaction for which a Reward was earned, the corresponding Reward (or the pro-rated portion thereof attributable to the refunded amount) will be subject to Clawback in accordance with Section 8. This applies regardless of the reason for the Refund and regardless of whether the Reward has already been redeemed.
For the avoidance of doubt, a Reward is provisionally credited at the time of transaction authorisation. A Refund reverses the underlying transaction and therefore removes the basis on which the Reward was earned.
7.2 Disputed Transactions
If a transaction that generated a Reward becomes a Disputed Transaction, the Company may, in its sole discretion:
- Place an immediate hold on the corresponding Reward pending resolution of the dispute;
- Suspend the Participant's ability to earn or redeem Rewards pending investigation; and
- Initiate a Clawback of the corresponding Reward if the dispute is resolved against the Participant or results in a Refund.
The Company's determination of whether a transaction constitutes a Disputed Transaction, and the outcome of any investigation, shall be final and binding on the Participant, subject to any rights the Participant may have under applicable law.
7.3 Chargebacks
Where a Participant initiates a chargeback with their bank, card network, or payment provider in respect of a transaction for which a Reward was earned, the Company will treat that transaction as a Disputed Transaction and the corresponding Reward will be subject to Clawback. The Company reserves the right to recover the full value of the Reward in addition to any costs incurred in connection with the chargeback process.
7.4 Fraudulent or Unauthorized Transactions
If a Reward was earned in connection with a transaction that is subsequently determined to be fraudulent, unauthorized, or in breach of applicable law, the Reward will be void and subject to immediate Clawback regardless of whether the Participant was involved in the fraud or unauthorized conduct. The Company may also suspend or terminate the Participant's account and refer the matter to relevant authorities.
8. Clawback
8.1 Clawback Triggers
The Company may, at its sole discretion, initiate a Clawback of all or part of any Reward (whether pending, credited, or already redeemed) in any of the following circumstances:
- Refund: A Refund is initiated or processed in respect of the Eligible Transaction that gave rise to the Reward, in whole or in part;
- Disputed Transaction: The underlying transaction becomes a Disputed Transaction as described in Section 7;
- Chargeback: The Participant initiates a chargeback or payment dispute in respect of the relevant transaction;
- Fraud or Abuse: The Company determines that the Reward was obtained through fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive conduct, including manipulation of the Rewards Program, use of multiple accounts, or exploitation of a system error;
- Error or Overpayment: The Reward was credited due to a technical error, system fault, or miscalculation, and the amount credited exceeds what the Participant was entitled to;
- Breach of Terms: The Participant has breached any provision of these Terms or any KAST Agreement in a manner that affects the Participant's entitlement to the Reward; or
- Regulatory or Legal Requirement: The Company is required by applicable law, regulation, court order, or direction of a governmental or regulatory authority to recover the Reward.
8.2 Clawback of Cash Rewards
Where a Cash Reward is subject to Clawback:
- When a Clawback is initiated, the Company will deduct the applicable amount from the Participant's accounts in the following order of priority:
- Locked — Rewards in the Locked state within the Rewards Balance are removed first;
- Redeemable — if the Locked balance is insufficient, Rewards in the Redeemable state are deducted next;
- Main USD Balance — if the Locked and Redeemable balances are insufficient, the shortfall is deducted from the Participant's Main USD Balance, which may result in a negative balance.
- Where a Clawback causes the Participant's Main USD Balance to fall below zero, the Participant agrees to repay the outstanding negative amount to the Company within fourteen (14) calendar days. If the Participant fails to repay within this period, the Company may:
- recover the amount from any future deposits or incoming funds credited to the Main USD Balance;
- set off the amount against any future Rewards earned under any Rewards Program; and/or
- pursue recovery through any other available legal means.
8.3 Clawback of Digital Token Rewards
Where a Digital Token Reward is subject to Clawback:
- If the Digital Token Reward has not yet been transferred to an external wallet, it will be cancelled and removed from your Rewards Account;
- If the Digital Token Reward is held in your KAST account, the equivalent amount of tokens will be debited from your account; and
- If the Digital Token Reward has been transferred to an external wallet, you agree to return the equivalent value of the tokens (calculated at the market rate at the time the Clawback is initiated) within fourteen (14) calendar days of written notice.
8.4 Clawback of Points
Where Points are subject to Clawback:
- Unspent Points will be deducted from your Rewards Account;
- If you have already redeemed the Points for a Reward, the value of that Reward will be set off against any future Rewards or account balances; and
- If the redeemed Points have been converted to Cash or Digital Tokens and disbursed, the provisions of Sections 8.2 and 8.3 above shall apply accordingly.
8.5 Partial Clawback
Where a Refund or dispute relates to only part of a transaction, the Company may initiate a proportionate Clawback corresponding to the refunded or disputed portion.
8.6 Right of Set-Off
You hereby authorize the Company to set off any amount subject to Clawback against any Rewards standing to your credit, any balance held in your KAST account, and any amounts otherwise owing by the Company to you.
8.7 Notice of Clawback
The Company will provide you with notice of any Clawback, typically via the Platform or email, at the time the Clawback is executed or within a reasonable period thereafter.
8.8 No Liability for Clawback
The Company shall have no liability to you for any loss, cost, or inconvenience arising from a Clawback carried out in accordance with these Terms.
8.9 Manifest Error
The Company is not obligated to honor, credit, or permit the redemption of any Reward that a reasonable person would have known was the result of a manifest error, technical glitch, or system malfunction.
9. Program Modifications and Termination
9.1 Modifications
The Company reserves the right at any time, at its sole discretion and with or without notice (except as required by applicable law), to:
- Modify, suspend, or discontinue any Rewards Program or any feature thereof;
- Change the earn rates, redemption rates, Qualifying Criteria, or earn caps;
- Change the form in which Rewards are offered; and
- Impose new conditions, restrictions, or limitations.
9.2 Discontinuation
In the event that a Rewards Program is discontinued, the Company will provide 07 (seven) days notice and allow a wind-down period during which Participants may redeem accrued Rewards.
9.3 Participant Termination
If your KAST account is suspended or terminated for any reason, your participation in all Rewards Programs will cease immediately and any accrued Rewards that have not been redeemed will be forfeited without compensation.
10. Anti-Abuse and Program Integrity
You must not engage in any conduct that is designed to manipulate, exploit, or abuse any Rewards Program. This includes creating multiple accounts, exploiting system errors, coordinating with other users, using bots/scripts, or initiating bad-faith refunds.
11. Taxes
You are solely responsible for determining and satisfying all tax obligations arising from Rewards you earn or redeem. The Company does not provide tax advice.
12. No Financial or Investment Advice
Nothing in these Terms constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Digital Token Rewards are volatile assets and their value may decrease significantly.
13. Liability and Indemnification
13.1 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE COMPANY AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Any loss arising from fluctuations in value of Rewards;
- Any loss arising from expiry, forfeiture, or Clawback;
- Technical errors or system outages;
- Tax liabilities; or
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
13.2 Participant Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless KAST and its affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms, fraudulent conduct, violation of law, or tax obligations.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be subject to and governed by the laws, jurisdiction, and dispute resolution mechanisms set out in the KAST Terms of Service. This includes any requirements for individual arbitration and waivers of class action proceedings.
15. General Provisions
15.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, the KAST Agreements, and program-specific terms constitute the entire agreement.
15.2 Severability
If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
15.3 Waiver
No failure or delay by the Company in exercising any right constitutes a waiver.
15.4 Assignment
You may not assign rights without consent; the Company may assign at any time.
15.5 Language
The English version of these Terms prevails in case of any inconsistency with translations.
