Leaderboard Terms and Conditions

1. Overview

The Leaderboard of Legends is a growth campaign organized by KAST, where participants compete, climb, and win rewards daily based on referral points and total KAST Points. By participating, users agree to these Terms and Conditions, which are subject to and limited by the KAST Card Terms and Conditions available at https://www.kast.xyz/legal/terms-and-conditions-of-service. 

2. Eligibility

• Participation is open to all registered KAST users who have successfully completed the onboarding process and comply with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements.
• Users must meet the following criteria:
  
  • Capacity to enter into legally binding contracts, being of legal age in their country (e.g., 18 years old) or representing a legally constituted entity.
  • No history of suspension or removal from KAST Services.
  • Compliance with all local, national, and international laws applicable to their use of the Services.
  • Not being located in, or a national or resident of, any Restricted Locations or countries embargoed or prohibited from using the Services.
• It is the user’s responsibility to ensure compliance with these eligibility criteria. KAST may update the list of Restricted Locations without notice.

3. Referral Leaderboard Rules

• The Top 10 users with the most referral points are displayed daily.
• The top 3 leaders of the daily interval earn cash rewards:
  
  • 1st Place: $1,000 USDC
  • 2nd Place: $200 USDC
  • 3rd Place: $100 USDC
• In case of a tie, the user with more total KAST Points ranks higher.
• Snapshots are taken daily at midnight UTC.
• Users can learn how to refer friends via the provided link.

4. Daily Prizes

• Prizes are awarded to the top 3 referral leaderboard winners each day.
• Prizes are paid out the next day directly into the winners' KAST Cash accounts.
• Winners will be notified via their KAST account.

5. Global Leaderboard Rules

• Displays the Top 10 users overall based on total KAST Points.
• Participants can track their rank, push higher, and secure a spot among KAST legends.

6. Participation

• Whether competing for daily referral prizes or striving for global recognition, every action counts.
• Users are encouraged to invite friends, earn points, and climb to the top.

7. General Terms

• All decisions regarding rankings, prize distribution, and campaign management are final and subject to KAST’s sole interpretation. KAST reserves the right to refuse, withhold, or reclaim any rewards at its discretion.
• KAST may modify, suspend, or terminate the campaign at any time without prior notice.
• Participants are responsible for ensuring their account information is accurate and up-to-date.

8. Anti-Fraud Clause

• If KAST detects any fraudulent behavior, including but not limited to fake referrals, no rewards will be granted. Furthermore, KAST reserves all rights to pursue damages and seek full recourse for any harm caused by such fraudulent activities.

9. Liability

• KAST is not liable for any technical issues, delays, or errors in the leaderboard system.
• Participants assume all risks associated with participation.

10. Data Privacy

• Personal data collected during the campaign will be used in accordance with KAST's Privacy Policy.

11. Termination

• KAST may terminate a participant’s involvement if they breach these terms.
• KAST is entitled to terminate this campaign anytime without prior notice.
