These Campaign Terms and Conditions apply to the launch offer described above.

1. Overview

These terms govern the KAST Business Ad Spend Launch Campaign (the “Campaign”). The Campaign runs from September 2, 2026 at 00:00 UTC to September 30, 2026 at 23:59 UTC (the “Campaign Period”). During the Campaign Period, eligible businesses can earn a combined total of 5% cashback on eligible advertising transactions made with a KAST Business Card.

The 5% rate includes the standard cashback attached to the participant's KAST Business membership and an additional Campaign cashback amount. It is not an additional 5% on top of the standard membership rate.

2. Reward details

For Paid membership, the standard 4% cashback rate applies to the first $1 million in eligible spend in accordance with the applicable membership terms. Once the standard rate becomes 3%, the Campaign top-up on eligible advertising spend increases to 2% during the Campaign Period so that the combined rate remains 5%.

If the participant changes membership during the Campaign Period, KAST will apply the standard rate active when the qualifying transaction settles and add the Campaign top-up required to bring eligible advertising spend to a total of 5%.

Eligible Advertising Spend. “Eligible Advertising Spend” means a completed and settled purchase made with a KAST Business Card during the Campaign Period directly with an advertising platform, advertising network, media-buying provider, or other merchant that KAST or its payment partners classify as an advertising service. Eligibility is determined using transaction information and merchant-category data supplied by the merchant, card network, acquirer, or payment processor. KAST does not control merchant classification. A purchase from an advertising-related business will not qualify if the transaction is submitted under an ineligible merchant category or cannot be identified as advertising spend. Eligible Advertising Spend is calculated using the final settled transaction amount.  KAST may reclassify or deem transactions ineligible where data indicates the spend is not advertising spend or where classification is unreliable or inconsistent. KAST is not responsible for any inaccuracies in third-party classification data.

No separate Campaign cashback cap. There is no separate cap on the additional Campaign cashback available to an eligible business during the Campaign Period. Transaction limits, card limits, account restrictions, the standard Paid membership threshold, and other limits contained in applicable KAST terms continue to apply. The absence of a separate Campaign cap does not override those limits or guarantee that any transaction will be approved or treated as eligible.

3. Eligibility

A business is eligible only if it:

• it located in a market where KAST Business and the Campaign are available;
• has completed all applicable KYB, KYC, onboarding, compliance, and verification requirements;
• has an active KAST Business Card; and
• passes KAST's compliance, sanctions, risk, fraud, transaction, and eligibility checks.

Joining a waitlist, receiving an invitation, starting an application, or submitting incomplete information does not confirm Campaign eligibility. Eligibility is confirmed only after KAST approves the KAST Business account and completes the required checks.

4. How to participate

1. Sign up or log in to KAST, tap Profile in the top-left corner, then select KAST Business Sign Up.
2. Complete your business details and verification.
3. Once your KAST Business account is approved and your card is active, use your KAST Business Card for Eligible Advertising Spend during the Campaign Period.

Participation is automatic for eligible businesses. No separate opt-in or registration is required.

5. Campaign-specific rules

The following transactions do not qualify:

• Transactions made before or after the Campaign Period, or that remain pending, are declined, or are cancelled.
• Cash withdrawals, cash advances, deposits, transfers, fees, interest, and other non-purchase activity.
• Payments to individuals, contractors, or suppliers that are not processed and classified as advertising spend.
• Purchases made through an intermediary, wallet, marketplace, payment facilitator, or aggregator where the underlying advertising merchant or transaction category cannot be identified.
• Transactions that are funded, reimbursed, offset, circular, or otherwise structured in a way that KAST reasonably determines does not represent bona fide advertising spend, including manufactured spend, self-dealing, related-party transactions, or transactions primarily intended to generate rewards rather than purchase genuine advertising services.
• Transactions prohibited by KAST's terms, card rules, or applicable law, or that KAST reasonably suspects involve fraud, sanctions risk, money laundering, or other prohibited activity.

Any extension of the Campaign Period will be communicated through an official KAST channel.

By participating in this Campaign (including by completing any qualifying action described on this page, claiming or redeeming any Campaign reward, or otherwise taking any step that this page identifies as a means of participation), you agree to these campaign-specific rules and the terms set out in the “Important Information” section below.

Reward calculation, posting timeline, and statement treatment
Cashback will be calculated based on Eligible Advertising Spend that settles during the Campaign Period and will be credited to the eligible business’s KAST account within [X] days after the end of the Campaign Period (or such other timeframe communicated by KAST).

Treatment of refunds, reversals, chargebacks, and adjustments
If an Eligible Advertising Spend transaction is later refunded, reversed, disputed, charged back, cancelled, or otherwise adjusted (in whole or in part), the corresponding cashback (including any Campaign top-up) is not earned to the extent of that refund or adjustment, and KAST may withhold, reverse, or claw back the related cashback from the account (including after it has been credited), to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Good standing / ongoing eligibility through crediting date
To receive cashback, the business must remain in good standing through the date cashback is credited, including maintaining an active KAST Business account and card, remaining compliant with all applicable KYB/KYC requirements, and not being subject to account suspension, closure, restrictions, delinquency, or suspected fraud, abuse, or prohibited activity (as determined by KAST in accordance with applicable terms and law).

Taxes
Cashback may be considered a rebate, incentive, or other benefit for tax purposes depending on the business’s circumstances and jurisdiction. The business is solely responsible for determining and paying any applicable taxes and for any required reporting. KAST does not provide tax advice.

Important Information

• Participation in this campaign (the “Campaign”) is strictly optional.
• The Campaign is governed by the campaign-specific rules on this page, the KAST Reward Terms, and the KAST Platform Terms, KAST Privacy Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference. If there is any inconsistency, the campaign-specific rules on this page prevail, followed by the KAST Reward Terms and then the KAST Platform Terms, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
• To be eligible, you must hold a KAST account that has completed identity verification and all onboarding requirements before the end of the Campaign Period and maintain your account in good standing through the date rewards are distributed.
• The Campaign is not available in all jurisdictions and is void where prohibited.
• Rewards are limited and not guaranteed. KAST reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Campaign or its mechanics at any time at its sole discretion, subject to applicable law.
• Rewards will be credited by the distribution date stated on this page. Where a reward must be actively claimed, rewards not claimed by the stated deadline are forfeited without compensation. Where the campaign-specific rules impose a holding period, minimum balance, or continued subscription requirement, failure to maintain it may result in reversal or clawback of the reward as described in those rules.
• Transactions that are refunded, reversed, disputed or charged back do not count as qualifying activity, and KAST may deduct such amounts from your qualifying volume, including after a reward has been distributed.
• KAST will disqualify any participant, and may withhold, reverse, or claw back any reward, where it reasonably determines that the participant has engaged in fraud, misrepresentation, or abuse of the Campaign – including the use of multiple, shared, or coordinated accounts; self-dealing, wash, or offsetting transactional; refund or chargeback cycling; exploitation of an error in Campaign mechanics; or any other manipulation of the Campaign.
• KAST cards are issued pursuant to license from the applicable card network. The Campaign is offered by KAST alone and is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any card network or any bank or issuing partner.
• KAST’s determinations regarding the Campaign, including eligibility and reward calculation, are final and binding, subject to applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be waived by agreement. If you have a complaint, contact KAST support through the app or website.
• If contradictions exist between this English text and any translations, the original English version shall prevail and serves as the definitive reference for accuracy.
