$100 Spend Campaign Terms & Conditions
These Spend Campaign Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern participation in the Spend promotion (the "Promotion") organized by Troia Corp and its affiliates ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") in connection with the KAST platform, website, or mobile application (collectively, the "Platform"). By participating, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Service Agreement, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not participate.
1. Eligibility
To participate, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old at the time of entry;
- Hold a valid KAST account in good standing;
- Have completed identity verification where required;
- Be legally permitted to participate under the laws of your country of residence.
The offer is personal and non-transferable. This is an exclusive offer available only to KAST members who received it by email, and it cannot be claimed by anyone who did not receive the email. The Company may verify eligibility and disqualify any participant who does not meet these requirements.
2. Promotion period
The Promotion runs from the date the offer is issued to you until July 3rd (the "Promotion Period"). Actions completed before or after the Promotion Period are not eligible. The Company may modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time where permitted by law.
3. How to qualify
Within the Promotion Period, you must complete a minimum of $100 in eligible spend using your KAST card. No deposit is required to qualify for this cohort.
Eligible spend is limited to transactions in the merchant category codes (MCCs) listed in the table below.

4. Reward
Qualifying participants receive $10 (the "Reward"), credited within 14 days of the end of the promotion period. No manual claim is required. Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash unless stated. Rewards are credited subject to verification and compliance with these Terms.
5. Verification
The Company's tracking systems and records are final and binding. The Company may require verification checks before crediting Rewards. Failure to pass verification or to comply with these Terms may result in forfeiture of the Reward.
6. Prohibited conduct
Participants may not use multiple accounts, engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior, manipulate transactions, or violate any applicable laws or Company policies. The Company may disqualify participants, withhold Rewards, or revoke Rewards already credited if prohibited conduct is detected.
7. Taxes
Participants are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or charges arising from a Reward. The Company does not provide tax advice.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Promotion and Rewards are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for technical issues, system failures, delayed or misdirected entries, or any losses arising from participation in the Promotion or use of Rewards.
9. Privacy
Participation may require the collection and use of personal data in accordance with the Company's Privacy Policy. By participating, you consent to such processing for administration, verification, and Reward distribution.
10. Modification or termination
The Company may modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion or these Terms at any time where permitted by law, including in cases of fraud, technical failure, or unforeseen circumstances.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Seychelles, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved on an individual basis only, and not as part of a class or representative action.
