Argentina Giveaway Terms and Conditions

Overview

These Giveaway Terms and Conditions (“Giveaway Terms”) govern participation in the promotional giveaway (the “Giveaway”) organized by Troia Corp and its affiliates (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) in connection with the KAST platform, website, or mobile application (collectively, the “Platform”).

By participating in the Giveaway, you agree to be bound by these Giveaway Terms, our Service Agreement, Privacy Policy, and any other applicable terms referenced herein. If you do not agree, do not participate in the Giveaway.

1. Eligibility

To be eligible to participate in the Giveaway, participants must:

  • Be at least 18 years old at the time of entry;
  • Have a valid KAST account in good standing;
  • Have successfully completed identity verification, where required;
  • Be legally permitted to participate under the laws of their country of residence;
  • Not be located in, or a resident of, any jurisdiction where participation is prohibited or restricted.

Employees, contractors, or immediate family members of the Company may be excluded at the Company’s sole discretion.

The Company reserves the right to verify eligibility and to disqualify any participant who does not meet these requirements.

2. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway will run during the period specified on the Giveaway announcement page (the “Giveaway Period”).

Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway at any time, with or without notice, where permitted by law.

3. How to Enter

Participants must complete the actions specified in the Giveaway announcement or campaign page (the “Entry Requirements”).

Examples may include (but are not limited to):

  • Making an eligible transaction using a KAST card;
  • Referring new users;
  • Completing in-app actions;
  • Engaging with official Company channels.

No purchase is required unless explicitly stated.

Failure to comply fully with the Entry Requirements will result in disqualification.

4. Rewards

  • The reward(s) available (“Rewards”) will be described in the Giveaway announcement.
  • Rewards may include cashback, credits, cryptocurrency, points, merchandise, or other incentives, as determined by the Company.
  • Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash, unless explicitly stated.
  • The Company reserves the right to substitute any Reward with an item of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.

Rewards will be credited within the timeframe stated in the Giveaway announcement, subject to verification and compliance with these Giveaway Terms.

5. Winner Selection and Verification

  • Winners will be selected based on the criteria outlined in the Giveaway announcement (e.g., random draw, leaderboard ranking, or performance-based metrics).
  • The Company’s tracking systems and records shall be final and binding.
  • The Company may require winners to complete verification checks before receiving Rewards.
  • Failure to pass verification, respond within a reasonable timeframe, or comply with these Giveaway Terms may result in forfeiture of the Reward.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Participants may not:

  • Use multiple accounts to enter or increase chances of winning;
  • Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive behavior;
  • Manipulate transactions, referrals, or platform activity;
  • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or Company policies.

The Company reserves the right to disqualify participants, withhold Rewards, or revoke previously awarded Rewards if prohibited conduct is detected.

7. Taxes

Participants are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or charges arising from receiving a Reward.
The Company does not provide tax advice and will not be responsible for any tax obligations incurred by participants.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Giveaway and Rewards are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for:

  • Technical issues, system failures, or platform interruptions;
  • Lost, delayed, or misdirected entries;
  • Inability to deliver Rewards due to external factors;
  • Any losses or damages arising from participation in the Giveaway or use of Rewards.

9. Privacy

Participation in the Giveaway may require the collection and use of personal data in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy.
By participating, you consent to such processing for Giveaway administration, verification, and Reward distribution.

10. Modification or Termination

The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway or these Giveaway Terms at any time, where permitted by law, including in cases of fraud, technical failure, or unforeseen circumstances.

11. Governing Law

These Giveaway Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Seychelles, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved on an individual basis only, and not as part of a class or representative action.
