Terms and conditions
1. Definitions
- “Campaign" refers to the promotional activity described in the campaign materials.
- "Participant" means any user who meets the eligibility criteria and participates in the Campaign.
- "Qualifying Action" refers to the specific action(s) required to earn rewards as defined per Campaign.
- "Reward" means the incentive offered to Participants upon completion of the Qualifying Action.
- "Platform" refers to KAST Tech’s (“KAST”) website, mobile application, and related services.
2. Eligibility
2.1. The Campaign is open to individuals who:
- Have completed Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on the Platform
- Are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction)
- Are not employees of KAST, its affiliates, subsidiaries, or their immediate family members
2.2. Participants must be physically located in an eligible country during the Campaign period. Use of VPNs or other location-masking technologies to circumvent this requirement is prohibited. KAST may request additional verification where location eligibility is unclear. Reasonable evidence may be accepted at our discretion.
3. Campaign Period
3.1. The Campaign begins and ends on the dates specified in the Campaign announcement ("Campaign Period").
3.2. All times are in UTC unless otherwise specified.
3.3. KAST reserves the right to modify the Campaign Period at its discretion.
4. How to Participate
4.1. Participants must complete the Qualifying Action(s) as defined for the specific Campaign.
4.2. Only actions completed during the Campaign Period will be considered.
4.3. Each Participant may only qualify for each Reward type once per Campaign, unless otherwise specified.
5. Rewards
5.1. Rewards will be distributed as described in the Campaign announcement.
5.2. Rewards are distributed within 10 business days after the Campaign ends and verification is complete.
5.3. Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
5.4. KAST reserves the right to substitute rewards of equal or greater value if necessary.
6. Verification and Disqualification
6.1. All entries and actions are subject to verification by KAST.
6.2. KAST reserves the right to disqualify any Participant who:
- Violates these Terms & Conditions
- Attempts to manipulate or tamper with the Campaign
- Engages in fraudulent activity
- Uses multiple accounts to participate
- Violates the Platform's Terms of Service
6.3. Decisions regarding verification and disqualification are final and binding.
7. Limitations and Caps
7.1. The total Campaign budget is limited to the amount specified in the Campaign announcement.
7.2. Rewards are available on a first-come, first-served basis until the budget is exhausted.
7.3. KAST reserves the right to end the Campaign early if the budget is exhausted before the official end date.
8. Taxes
8.1. Participants are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or other liabilities associated with receiving and using Rewards in their jurisdiction.
8.2. KAST may require tax information from Participants for reporting purposes where required by law.
9. Privacy
9.1. Participation in the Campaign constitutes consent for KAST to use Participants' personal information for the purposes of administering the Campaign.
9.2. Personal information will be handled in accordance with KAST’s Privacy Policy.
9.3. Personal data may be processed and stored outside the Participant’s country of residence in accordance with applicable data protection laws
10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
10.1. The Campaign is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
10.2. KAST is not responsible for:
- Technical issues preventing participation
- Errors in Campaign materials
- Unauthorized human intervention
- Lost, late, or misdirected entries
10.3. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KAST's liability is limited to the value of the Reward.
10.4. Rewards are part of a promotional marketing activity and are not intended to constitute gambling, lottery, or games of chance under applicable laws. Where required by local law, reward values or distribution mechanics may be adjusted to ensure compliance
11. Governing Law
11.1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of the Comoros.
11.2. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of the Comoros.
12. Modifications and Termination
12.1. KAST reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice.
12.2. Modifications will be posted on the Platform and become effective immediately upon posting.
13. Campaign-Specific Terms
Campaign Name: EU-MKT-APR Period: April 1, 2026, to April 30, 2026, or until the total Redemption Pool is exhausted (whichever occurs first).
Eligibility Criteria: Participants must have a verified KAST account.
Qualifying Action: Refer at least one (1) MAU that spends over USD 100 using the KAST card during the Campaign Period.
Reward Details and Values:
- An existing user has to refer a new user. Once the new users has completed KYC, made a deposit and spent a minimum of USD 100, both parties will receive USD 10. Capped to max 5 referrals per existing user.
- Rewards will be credited directly to the participant’s KAST wallet.
- Payment Schedule: Reward distributions will be processed and credited to the winners' KAST wallets within 10 days after the campaign has ended.
Special Conditions and Limitations:
- Limited Redemption Pool: This Campaign is subject to a total global budget of $10,000 USD in cumulative reimbursements. Once the total pool of $10,000 is reached, the Campaign will terminate immediately, and no further rewards will be issued.
- Limit per User: Maximum of five (5) reward per unique user account.
KAST reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of fraudulent activity, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts or attempting to manipulate the "Lifetime Spend" through non-genuine transactions.
