iPhone 17 Pro Instagram Giveaway – Argentina

1. Overview

These Terms & Conditions (“Rules”) govern participation in the iPhone 17 Pro Instagram Giveaway – Argentina (the “Promotion”). By participating during the Promotion Period, users agree to be bound by these Rules, the Giveaway terms (https://www.kast.xyz/rewards/giveaway-program-terms), and the Terms and Conditions of Service (https://www.kast.xyz/legal/terms-and-conditions-of-service) governing their KAST account.

In the event of any conflict, these Rules shall prevail solely for the purposes of this Promotion. KAST reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time, subject to applicable law.

2. Eligibility

• Available to eligible users residing in Argentina only.
• Participants must have a valid KAST account in good standing and successfully complete signup and identity verification (KYC).
• Participants must follow @KastArgentina on Instagram during the Promotion Period.
• Each unique user is eligible for one (1) entry only.
• Employees, contractors, affiliates of KAST, or users with suspended or terminated accounts are not eligible.
• Users must comply with all applicable laws and must not engage in fraudulent, abusive, or misleading activity.
• The Prize is non-transferable and may be subject to taxes; participants are solely responsible for any tax reporting obligations.

3. Mechanisms

• To qualify, users must complete all of the following during the Promotion Period:

  • Sign up for a KAST account
  • Successfully complete KYC verification
• No purchase or card spend is required for this Promotion.
• One (1) iPhone 17 Pro will be awarded.
• The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible participants who meet the requirements.
• The winner will be contacted through official KAST channels within 30 days after the Promotion ends.
• Prize fulfillment is subject to successful verification and confirmation of eligibility. Failure to respond or pass verification may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.

4. General Terms

• Rewards will be fulfilled within 30 days of winner verification, subject to availability and verification checks.
• KAST has the sole and absolute discretion to interpret, apply, and enforce these Rules, including reviewing, rejecting, or disqualifying any participant or entry suspected of fraud, abuse, or non-compliance.
• Any violation of these Rules, the Affiliate Program terms, or the Terms and Conditions of Service may result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of the Prize.
• The Prize has no cash value and is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for alternatives.
• This Promotion is void where prohibited by law.
• By participating, users release KAST, its affiliates, and agents from any liability arising from or related to the Promotion.
• KAST reserves the right to modify or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable law.
• This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
