June Churned User Reactivation Campaign T&Cs

These KAST June Churned User Reactivation Campaign Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern participation in the June churned user reactivation cashback promotion (the "Promotion") organized by Troia Corp and its affiliates ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") in connection with the KAST platform, website, or mobile application (collectively, the "Platform").

This Promotion applies to qualifying KAST Card spend transactions completed during the applicable Promotion Period. This Promotion is available only to selected eligible KAST users and is not a worldwide offer.

The Promotion is currently planned to launch on 7 July 2026 and will run for the applicable period communicated to eligible users, unless modified, suspended, or terminated earlier by us, subject to applicable law.

By participating, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Service Agreement, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not participate. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other terms applicable to your KAST account, these Terms will apply for the purposes of this Promotion.

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is available exclusively to selected KAST users who have been identified by us as eligible for this Promotion ("Eligible Users").

To participate, Eligible Users must have received a Promotion communication from KAST, completed KYC, remain in good standing with KAST throughout the Promotion Period, complete qualifying KAST Card spend transactions during the Promotion Period, and meet the spend requirement communicated to them, where an incentive offer is provided.

Users may be excluded if:

  • Their account is blocked, banned, restricted, deactivated, or otherwise not in good standing
  • Their account is flagged for fraud, abuse, suspicious activity, or compliance concerns
  • They have already been targeted or messaged by another overlapping KAST campaign
  • They do not receive an incentive offer from KAST
  • They fail to meet the required qualifying spend during the Promotion Period

This offer is available only to selected Eligible Users, is non-transferable, is not redeemable by any user other than the Eligible User who received the Promotion communication, and is not a worldwide or public offer.

3. Qualifying transactions

Only KAST Card spend transactions qualify for this Promotion.

Qualifying Transactions must be made using a KAST Card, successfully completed during the Promotion Period, settled and not reversed, refunded, cancelled, disputed, or charged back, and must be valid card purchases that are not otherwise excluded under these Terms.

Eligible spend may include travel, dining, shopping, subscriptions, everyday payments, or other valid KAST Card purchases.

The following transactions do not qualify:

  • Deposits
  • Inbound transfers
  • Outbound transfers
  • Internal transfers
  • Reversals
  • Cancelled transactions
  • Refunds
  • Chargebacks
  • Declined transactions
  • Failed transactions
  • Cash withdrawals
  • Cash-like transactions
  • Non-card transactions
  • Any transaction we determine to be artificial, abusive, circular, manufactured, split, or inconsistent with the purpose of the Promotion

We reserve the right to determine whether a transaction qualifies for the Promotion.

4. Promotion structure

The Promotion is designed to encourage selected users to resume using their KAST Card. Eligible Users may be placed into different promotion groups at our discretion.

Eligible Users may receive:

  • An incentive offer, which may include cashback after meeting a spend requirement
  • A reminder-only communication, which does not include cashback unless we separately communicate an incentive offer

Cashback is available only to Eligible Users who receive an incentive offer.

Reminder-only users are not eligible for cashback unless we separately communicate an incentive offer to them.

The spend requirement and cashback amount may vary by Eligible User, be based on the user’s campaign group or offer tier, be communicated in the Promotion message received by that user, and be subject to verification by KAST.

5. Reward conditions

Cashback, where applicable, may be posted after the transaction, is provided as a credit-back, is not an instant point-of-sale discount, is calculated based on successfully completed Qualifying Transactions during the Promotion Period, will only be awarded after the Eligible User meets the spend requirement communicated to them, and may be credited to the Eligible User’s KAST account in the form, currency, or balance type determined by us.

Each Eligible User may earn a maximum of one cashback reward under this Promotion, unless we explicitly state otherwise.

Transactions cannot be:

  • Combined to increase the promotional credit
  • Split to increase the promotional credit
  • Recharacterized to increase the promotional credit
  • Manipulated in any way to qualify for a higher reward

If an underlying transaction is later reversed, refunded, cancelled, disputed, or charged back, we may reverse the promotional credit, withhold the promotional credit, adjust the promotional credit, or disqualify the transaction from the Promotion.

6. Currency and FX

Eligible spend may be in multiple currencies.

Where USD amounts are shown, they are reference amounts, they may be converted using KAST’s applicable FX rate, the applicable FX rate will be determined at transaction settlement, and the final qualifying amount will be determined by KAST.

We reserve the right to determine the applicable conversion, qualifying spend amount, and cashback amount.

7. Promotion Period

The Promotion is currently planned to launch on 7 July 2026.

Qualifying Transactions must be completed during the Promotion Period stated in the Promotion communication received by the Eligible User.

The Promotion Period may vary by Eligible User depending on the communication received.

We may, subject to applicable law, modify the Promotion, extend the Promotion, pause the Promotion, suspend the Promotion, or terminate the Promotion at any time.

8. Feedback survey

As part of the Promotion, Eligible Users may be invited to answer a short feedback survey about their KAST experience.

Survey participation is optional unless otherwise stated in the Promotion communication, may be collected through in-email click tracking or other campaign tracking methods, does not guarantee cashback eligibility, and does not affect cashback eligibility unless explicitly stated in the Promotion communication.

Cashback eligibility is determined only by:

  • The incentive offer received by the Eligible User
  • The completion of the required Qualifying Transactions
  • Compliance with these Terms

We may use survey responses to improve our products, services, rewards, communications, and future campaigns.

9. Reward distribution

Promotional credits will be applied after the relevant Qualifying Transactions have been verified by us.

We may apply cashback after the end of the Promotion Period, subject to verification and processing timelines.

We reserve the right to delay, withhold, reverse, or adjust any credits in cases of:

  • Suspected fraud
  • Abuse
  • Error
  • Reversal of the underlying transaction
  • Refunds
  • Chargebacks
  • Ineligible transactions
  • Non-compliance with these Terms
  • Any other activity we determine to be inconsistent with the purpose of the Promotion

Promotional credits are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, not redeemable for cash unless explicitly permitted by us, and subject to verification and processing timelines.

10. Fraud and compliance

We reserve the sole and absolute discretion to interpret and enforce these Terms.

Any fraudulent activity, artificial transaction behavior, manipulation of the Promotion, or violation of these Terms may result in:

  • Immediate disqualification
  • Forfeiture of promotional credits
  • Reversal of promotional credits
  • Adjustment of promotional credits
  • Exclusion from future promotions
  • Suspension or termination of the user’s account

We may audit transaction activity at any time to ensure compliance.

We may exclude transactions that appear to be artificial, abusive, circular, manufactured, split, reversed, refunded, cancelled, disputed, or otherwise inconsistent with the purpose of the Promotion.

11. General terms

This Promotion is void where prohibited by law.

Rewards may be subject to applicable tax or reporting obligations under local law.

By participating, users agree to release KAST, Troia Corp, and their affiliates from liability arising from participation in the Promotion to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We reserve the right to determine final eligibility for users, transactions, cashback amounts, offer tiers, survey participation, reward timing, reward distribution, and Campaign interpretation.

Any decision by us regarding the Promotion shall be final, subject to applicable law.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time, subject to applicable law.
