Terms & Conditions

1) Trademark notice + no affiliation

TikTok, Meta, Google, Facebook, and Instagram are trademarks of their respective owners.

This campaign is offered by KAST and is not sponsored by, endorsed by, administered by, or associated with TikTok, Meta, or Google, and no partnership or affiliation is implied.

2) Eligibility

  • This campaign is available only to eligible KAST customers, as determined by KAST in its sole discretion.
  • Participants must have an active KAST account in good standing and a KAST Card eligible for card transactions.
  • KAST may require completion of identity verification (KYC), compliance checks, and any other onboarding steps before a participant is eligible to receive rewards.

3) Campaign period

  • Eligible transactions must be successfully processed and settled during the campaign period shown above.
  • Transactions authorized during the campaign period but settled after the campaign ends may be excluded.

4) Eligible merchants / transactions

  • Only card payments for advertising spend with the eligible merchants listed in the “Eligible Merchants” section qualify (each, an “Eligible Transaction”).
  • Eligible Transactions must be paid using a KAST Card only. Payments made via other payment methods do not qualify.
  • The following are not Eligible Transactions (non-exhaustive):
    • Cash withdrawals, cash-like transactions, wire transfers, bank transfers, or funding/loads
    • Fees, interest, chargebacks, and dispute-related adjustments
    • Transactions that are reversed, refunded, canceled, or not successfully settled

5) Cashback calculation and caps

  • Cashback is calculated as 10% of the value of Eligible Transactions, subject to the maximum cashback limits by market shown above and any additional limits described here.
  • Once a participant reaches the applicable cashback cap, additional Eligible Transactions will not generate additional cashback.
  • If a participant’s market cannot be determined, KAST may apply the lowest applicable cap or withhold rewards until market eligibility is confirmed.

6) Reward pool and proration

  • Rewards are subject to the total reward pool shown above.
  • If total eligible rewards exceed the available reward pool, KAST may allocate rewards on a prorated basis or apply other reasonable allocation methods.

7) Reward distribution

  • Rewards are expected to be distributed on the distribution date shown above, but timing may vary.
  • Cashback will be credited to the participant’s KAST account balance (or another method determined by KAST).
  • KAST may delay distribution for compliance, fraud, operational, or technical reviews.

8) Fraud & Abuse Prevention

KAST reserves the right to:

  • Exclude any participant suspected of abuse.
  • Disqualify transactions deemed fraudulent.
  • Reverse rewards granted in error.
  • Cancel participation for users attempting to manipulate the campaign.

Examples include, but are not limited to:

  • Artificial transaction generation.
  • Circular spending activity.
  • Abuse of refunds or chargebacks.
  • Multiple-account exploitation.

9) Returns, refunds, and chargebacks

  • If an Eligible Transaction is refunded, reversed, charged back, or otherwise invalidated for any reason, the related cashback may be reduced, removed, or reversed (including after rewards have been credited).

10) Disputes and errors

  • KAST’s records and determination of Eligible Transactions and cashback amounts are final, except where prohibited by applicable law.
  • If you believe a reward was calculated incorrectly, contact KAST Support within a reasonable time after the distribution date.

11) Taxes

  • Participants are responsible for any taxes or reporting obligations that may apply to rewards, if any, subject to applicable law.

12) Changes, suspension, and termination

  • KAST may modify, suspend, or terminate the campaign (including these Terms & Conditions) at any time, including where required for legal, compliance, or operational reasons.
  • Any changes will apply to the extent permitted by law. Where feasible, KAST may provide notice through its website, app, or email.

13) General terms

  • We have the sole and absolute discretion to interpret, apply, and enforce these Rules, Affiliate Program and T&C, including but not limited to reviewing, rejecting, or adjusting any transactions, referrals, spends, or rewards suspected of fraud, abuse, non-compliance or other reasons as discretionally determined by us.
  • We may audit activity at any time; detection of fraud, abuse, or any violation will result in immediate disqualification from the Promotion, forfeiture of all rewards, and possible account suspension or termination.
  • Rewards have no cash value unless explicitly specified. This promotion is void where prohibited by law.
  • By participating, you agree to be bound by these Rules, Affiliate Program and T&C and release us, our affiliates, and agents from any and all liability arising from or related to the promotion.
  • The cashback/point is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other alternatives.
  • KAST reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms or engages in fraudulent activity.
  • KAST reserves the right to modify or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable law
