KAST AFCON Cashback Blitz Campaign Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

• The campaign is open to KAST users from Morocco & Egypt.
  
• To qualify, users must have a verified KAST account.
  
• The top 500 users with the highest spend are eligible for 5% Cashback when reaching $100 or more in Spend.

2. Campaign Period

• The campaign runs from December 24, 2025 (00:00 GMT+1) to January 20, 2026 (23:59 GMT+1).
  
• All qualifying transactions must be completed and settled within this period.

3. How to Qualify

• Verified KAST Account with KYC from the Eligible Countries.
• Spend over $100 in total during the campaign period to earn the reward.

4. Reward Details

• Rewards will be distributed in USDT (stablecoin) directly to eligible users’ KAST Accounts.
  
• Rewards will be credited in early February 2025, once all qualifying transactions are confirmed by the KAST Team.
  
• Users can withdraw, hold, or use their USDT reward freely within their KAST account.
  
  

5. Exclusions

• Transactions that are canceled, refunded, or reversed will not count toward the $100 minimum spend.
  
• Ad & Media Spend on Advertising Platforms will not count towards the $100 minimum spend.
• Users engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious behavior will be disqualified.
  
• Any breach of KAST’s Terms of Service may result in forfeiture of rewards.

6. General

• We have the sole and absolute discretion to interpret, apply, and enforce these Rules, Affiliate Program and T&C, including but not limited to reviewing, rejecting, or adjusting any transactions, referrals, spends, or rewards suspected of fraud, abuse, non-compliance or other reasons as discretionally determined by us.
• We may audit activity at any time; detection of fraud, abuse, or any violation will result in immediate disqualification from the Promotion, forfeiture of all rewards, and possible account suspension or termination.
• Rewards have no cash value unless explicitly specified. This promotion is void where prohibited by law.
• By participating, you agree to be bound by these Rules, Affiliate Program and T&C and release us, our affiliates, and agents from any and all liability arising from or related to the promotion.
• The cashback/point is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other alternatives.
• KAST reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms or engages in fraudulent activity.
• KAST reserves the right to modify or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable law
