KAST Breakpoint Promotion Rules and Terms & Conditions

[Valid through December 8, 2025 – December 14, 2025]

1. Overview

This Terms & Conditions ("Rules") govern the rewarding of eligible users for qualifying transactions. Participant is subject to these Rules, Affiliate Program terms (https://www.kast.xyz/rewards/affiliate-program-terms) and the Terms and Conditions (https://www.kast.xyz/legal/terms-and-conditions-of-service) governing your account by registering during this promotional period. In case of conflict, these Rules prevail for the promotion. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without notice.

2. Eligibility

• Available in United Arab Emirates only.
• Users must comply with all applicable laws and not engage in fraudulent activity.
• Each unique user is eligible for one (1) Louvre Abu Dhabi 100% ticket reimbursement and one (1) Ferrari World Abu Dhabi 50% ticket reimbursement only.
• Unique users that post a picture of their experience and tag us on X @KASTxyz stand a chance to win a free premium card
• Rewards are non-transferable and may be subject to taxes; users are responsible for reporting.

3. Mechanisms

• To qualify for reimbursement, make (1) successful transactions of the eligible Abu Dhabi tickets from the official websites only using your KAST Card during the Promotion Period.

• Ensure the ticket is purchased directly from the official website
• Upon completing the qualifying transaction, reimbursements will be issued within 30 days after the campaign ends, once eligibility and purchase verification are completed.
• Reimbursements will be credited to the user’s KAST account.
• Only the first qualifying transaction per each ticket during the Promotion Period is eligible for reimbursement
• To qualify for a free premium card, post a picture with their experience and tag @KASTxyz on X
• A user will randomly be picked within 30 days after the campaign ends

4. General Terms

• Rewards are credited within 30 days of qualification and may be in points, cash, or credits per these Rules, Affiliate Program and T&C.
• We have the sole and absolute discretion to interpret, apply, and enforce these Rules, Affiliate Program and T&C, including but not limited to reviewing, rejecting, or adjusting any transactions, referrals, spends, or rewards suspected of fraud, abuse, non-compliance or other reasons as discretionally determined by us.
• We may audit activity at any time; detection of fraud, abuse, or any violation will result in immediate disqualification from the Promotion, forfeiture of all rewards, and possible account suspension or termination.
• Rewards have no cash value unless explicitly specified. This promotion is void where prohibited by law.
• By participating, you agree to be bound by these Rules, Affiliate Program and T&C and release us, our affiliates, and agents from any and all liability arising from or related to the promotion.
• The cashback/point is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other alternatives.
• KAST reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms or engages in fraudulent activity.
• KAST reserves the right to modify or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable law.
