KAST $MOVE Rewards Campaign Terms & Conditions

Overview

These Terms & Conditions ("Rules") govern the awarding of additional $MOVE token rewards for qualifying transactions made using a KAST Card during the promotional period. By participating in this promotion, you agree to be bound by these Rules and the KAST Terms and Conditions of Service (https://www.kast.xyz/legal/terms-and-conditions-of-service) governing your account. In the event of any conflict, these Rules shall prevail solely with respect to this promotion. KAST reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion, including but not limited to the reward rate, reward cap, eligibility criteria, qualifying spend requirements, or any other promotional mechanics, at any time and without prior notice, subject to applicable law.

Eligibility

This promotion is open to all active KAST Cardholders whose accounts are in good standing at the time of participation.

Participants must:

• Hold a valid and active KAST Card.
• Have successfully completed all required identity verification (KYC) checks.
• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and KAST policies.
• Not engage in fraudulent, abusive, or manipulative activity related to transactions or rewards.

$MOVE Rewards Campaign

Eligible KAST Cardholders will earn, in addition to their standard KAST Points rewards, an additional reward equal to four percent (4%) of qualifying card spend in the form of $MOVE tokens, subject to the terms of this promotion as modified from time to time by KAST.

Qualifying Spend

• Qualifying spend includes valid, settled card transactions made online or in-store using a KAST Card.
• Qualifying spend excludes refunds, chargebacks, reversed transactions, fees, and any non-eligible categories as defined in the KAST Terms and Conditions of Service or other applicable program rules.
• Rewards are calculated based on the final settled transaction amount.

Reward Cap

• The $MOVE reward is capped at a maximum qualifying spend of five thousand United States dollars (USD $5,000) per cardholder per calendar month.
• This cap, the applicable reward percentage, and any related limits may be changed, reduced, increased, or removed by KAST at any time at its sole discretion.
• Based on the current promotional structure, the maximum monthly reward corresponds to an amount equivalent to two hundred United States dollars (USD $200) in $MOVE tokens; however, this illustrative value is subject to change.

Reward Calculation and Distribution

• $MOVE rewards are calculated based on qualifying spend and credited after transaction settlement.
• Reward values are determined at the time of crediting and may vary due to market conditions, token availability, system processing, or changes to the promotion.
• KAST makes no guarantees regarding the value, liquidity, transferability, or future performance of $MOVE tokens.

All KAST Card types are eligible for the same reward structure unless otherwise specified or modified by KAST.

General Terms

• Rewards are credited within a reasonable period following qualification and settlement of eligible transactions and are subject to system processing, compliance checks, and applicable operational constraints.
• KAST has the sole and absolute discretion to interpret, apply, modify, and enforce these Rules, including but not limited to reviewing, adjusting, delaying, withholding, reversing, or canceling any rewards or transactions where fraud, abuse, error, non-compliance, or changes to the promotion are suspected or identified.
• KAST may audit activity at any time. Any violation of these Rules or the KAST Terms and Conditions of Service may result in immediate disqualification from the promotion, forfeiture of rewards, and suspension or termination of the participant’s account.
• Rewards have no cash value unless explicitly stated. This promotion is void where prohibited by law.
• By participating, you agree to be bound by these Rules and the KAST Terms and Conditions of Service and release KAST, its affiliates, and agents from any liability arising from or related to this promotion.
• KAST reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice, including changes to reward rates, caps, eligibility, qualifying spend, or distribution mechanics, subject to applicable law.
