KAST Points

When do you plan to update the KAST Points program?

We are no longer planning a standard token launch for points.

We have seen what happens when community rewards are treated like tradable instruments.

That is not the outcome we want for the KAST community.

Here is where we are today:

• Our investors have approved exploring a structure that could allow eligible community members to participate economically.
• We are working through the legal and regulatory requirements now.

Implementation is expected to be made through amended program terms and we will provide further notice to users on the eligibility and acceptance mechanics. The final structure may vary by jurisdiction and in order to comply with applicable laws, and some users may receive an alternative redemption or fixed-value cash payment option.

Our current target remains Q4 2026, subject to legal review, local regulatory analysis, user eligibility, documentation, and implementation requirements.

These structures are novel, and the legal path is complex. We are building for long-term value and alignment, not a short-term token event, investment product, or tradable asset.

Who will be able to convert points?

Our goal is for people with meaningful points balances (the final threshold to be confirmed) to be eligible for the final structure, where permitted by applicable law and subject to the applicable terms.

For lower balances, or where the participation structure is not practical or legally available, KAST may consider alternative redemption, subject to the applicable terms and local requirements.

Final mechanics remain subject to legal, regulatory, structural, and board approval. We will share more detail once the structure and amended terms are confirmed, including any required user notices or acceptance steps.

Will I be able to receive value for points in the future?

KAST may separately allow points to be redeemed for spend, upgrades, vouchers, or other platform benefits during specified redemption periods. These redemptions are separate from any future participation structure and remain subject to the applicable terms, availability, and any stated discounts or limits.

Points and any future participation rights are expected to remain non-transferable and non-negotiable, and may not be sold, assigned, gifted, or otherwise transferred.

What can I use points for today?

Effective today, people can also use points toward membership during the current redemption period, subject to the applicable terms:

• 25,000 points for Premium
• 250,000 points for Private

If you would like to redeem points toward membership, contact concierge. Redemption requests may take up to 5 business days to process.

We may launch more platform redemption offers for points in the future, subject to availability and the applicable terms.

Why is it taking until Q4 2026?

Because we want any future structure to be durable, compliant, and aligned with the value being built.

A standard token launch may be faster, but it is not the approach we are pursuing for points.

KAST is building for long-term value. We want eligible people who supported us early, used the product meaningfully, and helped prove the model to have a potential path to participate economically.

That takes more work.

We are not trying to create short-term excitement, a tradable asset, or an investment product. We are building the foundation for something that can last.

Can you still earn points?

For now, yes, while the current points program remains active.

Premium plans currently earn points equivalent to 1% of eligible spend, and Private plans currently earn points equivalent to 2% of eligible spend, in each case subject to the applicable terms.

For example, if you spend US$1,000 in eligible spend, Premium would currently earn 125 points and Private would currently earn 250 points, using the current internal reference rate. Points are not cash, currency, property, securities, investments, or financial instruments, and the reference rate does not create any right to payment.
