KAST Referral Program Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

This Terms & Conditions ("Rules") govern the rewarding of eligible users for qualifying transactions. Participant is subject to these Rules, Affiliate Program terms (https://www.kast.xyz/rewards/affiliate-program-terms) and the Terms and Conditions (https://www.kast.xyz/legal/terms-and-conditions-of-service) governing your account by registering during this promotional period. In case of conflict, these Rules prevail for the promotion. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without notice.

2. Eligibility

Open to all active account holders in good standing under the Service Agreement.
Available in all markets unless restricted by law.
Users must comply with all applicable laws and not engage in fraudulent activity.
Rewards are non-transferable and may be subject to taxes; users are responsible for reporting.

3. Referral Program

Referrer Reward: Earn $25 for every $100 in qualifying spend by a referred user ("Referee") within the first 30 days of their account activation. Rewards are credited after the Referee meets the spend threshold and are capped per referral as determined by us.
Referee Reward: Receive $100 after spending $1,000 in qualifying purchases within 30 days of account activation.
Referrals must be made via your unique referral link provided in the refer tab. Invalid referrals (e.g., self-referrals or duplicates) will be disqualified.
Qualifying spend excludes returns, fees, and non-eligible categories as defined in the Service Agreement.

Referee	$100	After spending $1,000 in qualifying purchases within 30 days of activation

*These terms are subject to the full Rules & T&C, Affiliate Program, and Service Agreement. Rewards apply to qualifying spend only and are credited post-qualification.

4. General Terms

Rewards are credited within 30 days of qualification and may be in points, cash, or credits, convertible per the Service Agreement.
We have the sole and absolute discretion to interpret, apply, and enforce these Rules, Affiliate Program and T&C, including but not limited to reviewing, rejecting, or adjusting any transactions, referrals, spends, or rewards suspected of fraud, abuse, non-compliance or other reasons as discretionally determined by us.
We may audit activity at any time; detection of fraud, abuse, or any violation will result in immediate disqualification from the Promotion, forfeiture of all rewards, and possible account suspension or termination.
Rewards have no cash value unless explicitly specified. This promotion is void where prohibited by law.
By participating, you agree to be bound by these Rules, Affiliate Program and T&C and release us, our affiliates, and agents from any and all liability arising from or related to the promotion.
The cashback/point is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other alternatives.
KAST reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms or engages in fraudulent activity.
KAST reserves the right to modify or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable law.
