KAST September 2025 Promotion Rules and Terms & Conditions

Valid through September 30, 2025

1. Overview

This Terms & Conditions ("Rules") includes a Referral Program and a Tiered Spend Multiplier (as defined below), designed to reward eligible users for referrals and high spending. Participant is subject to these Rules, Affiliate Program terms and the Terms and Conditions, governing your account by registering during this promotional period. In case of conflict, these Rules prevail for the promotion. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without notice. 

2. Eligibility

• Open to all active account holders in good standing under the Service Agreement.
• Available in all markets unless restricted by law.
• Users must comply with all applicable laws and not engage in fraudulent activity.
• Rewards are non-transferable and may be subject to taxes; users are responsible for reporting.

3. Tiered Spend Multiplier 

• Earn multiplied rewards on monthly qualifying spend: 
  
  • 2× rewards for $10,000+ monthly spend (e.g., on a standard 4% rewards card, receive an additional amount to reach 2× total rewards).
  • 3× rewards for $30,000+ monthly spend (e.g., on a standard 4% rewards card, receive an additional amount to reach 3× total rewards).
• Multipliers apply to base rewards earned during the month and are credited as bonus points or equivalent at the end of the promotional period (or month-end, as applicable).
• Eligibility is based on net monthly spend after deductions (e.g., returns). Thresholds must be maintained for the full month.
• Targets high-value, frequent spenders; we may verify spend for abuse.

4. Referral Program

• Referrer Reward: Earn $25 for every $100 in qualifying spend by a referred user ("Referee") within the first 30 days of their account activation. Rewards are credited after the Referee meets the spend threshold and are capped per referral as determined by us.
• Referee Reward: Receive $100 after spending $1,000 in qualifying purchases within 30 days of account activation.
• Referrals must be made via your unique referral link provided in the refer tab. Invalid referrals (e.g., self-referrals or duplicates) will be disqualified.
• Qualifying spend excludes returns, fees, and non-eligible categories as defined in the Service Agreement.

5. General Terms

• Rewards are credited within 30 days of qualification and may be in points, cash, or credits, convertible per the Service Agreement.
• We have the sole and absolute discretion to interpret, apply, and enforce these Rules, Affiliate Program and T&C, including but not limited to reviewing, rejecting, or adjusting any transactions, referrals, spends, or rewards suspected of fraud, abuse, non-compliance or other reasons as discretionally determined by us.
• We may audit activity at any time; detection of fraud, abuse, or any violation will result in immediate disqualification from the Promotion, forfeiture of all rewards, and possible account suspension or termination.
• Rewards have no cash value unless explicitly specified. This promotion is void where prohibited by law.
• By participating, you agree to be bound by these Rules, Affiliate Program and T&C and release us, our affiliates, and agents from any and all liability arising from or related to the promotion.
• For disputes, refer to the Service Agreement's dispute resolution process.
