 Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion Period

April 17, 2026, 00:01 (UTC) to May 1, 2026, 00:00 (UTC).

2. Eligible Markets & Geography

This Promotion is strictly limited to verified users residing in MENA. Eligibility is determined by the "Country of Residence" provided and verified during the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Users registered under any other jurisdiction are excluded from this specific campaign.

3. Qualifying Criteria

To become eligible for rewards, users must reach a total transaction volume of at least $100 USD within the Promotion Period. Internal transfers and ATM withdrawals are excluded.

4. Rewards & Prize Pool

• $10 Eligible Reward: Qualified users are eligible for a $10 USD credit. This is distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the pre-allocated prize pool for this campaign is exhausted, no further $10 rewards will be issued.
• $100 Grand Prize Raffle: Users hitting the $100 threshold earn one entry into the lucky draw.
  
  • Draw Date: The raffle will be conducted on May 10, 2026.
  • Notification: Winners will be notified via their registered email and an in-app push notification within 24 hours of the draw.
  • Verification: Prizes will only be awarded to accounts that remain active and in good standing at the time of the draw.

5. Distribution & Auditing

All rewards are subject to a post-campaign audit. Rewards will be distributed to eligible accounts within 7–10 business days after the audit is finalized. KAST reserves the right to disqualify any user for fraudulent activity or "wash trading."

6. General

• We have the sole and absolute discretion to interpret, apply, and enforce these Rules, Affiliate Program and T&C, including but not limited to reviewing, rejecting, or adjusting any transactions, referrals, spends, or rewards suspected of fraud, abuse, non-compliance or other reasons as discretionally determined by us.
• We may audit activity at any time; detection of fraud, abuse, or any violation will result in immediate disqualification from the Promotion, forfeiture of all rewards, and possible account suspension or termination.
• Rewards have no cash value unless explicitly specified. This promotion is void where prohibited by law.
• By participating, you agree to be bound by these Rules, Affiliate Program and T&C and release us, our affiliates, and agents from any and all liability arising from or related to the promotion.
• The cashback/point is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other alternatives.
• KAST reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms or engages in fraudulent activity.
• KAST reserves the right to modify or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable law
