Luxury Spend Cashback Terms & Conditions

These KAST Luxury Spend Cashback Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern participation in the luxury spend cashback promotion (the "Promotion") organized by Troia Corp and its affiliates ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") in connection with the KAST platform, website, or mobile application (collectively, the "Platform"). This Promotion is available only to selected eligible KAST users and is not a worldwide offer. By participating, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Service Agreement, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not participate.

1. Eligibility

To participate, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old at the time of participation;
  • Hold a valid KAST account in good standing;
  • Hold and use an eligible KAST card;
  • Have completed identity verification (KYC) where required;
  • Have been identified by KAST as eligible for this Promotion and received a Promotion communication;
  • Be legally permitted to participate under the laws of your country of residence.

The offer is personal and non-transferable. The Company may verify eligibility and disqualify any participant who does not meet these requirements.

2. Promotion period

The Promotion runs from July 7, 2026 to July 31, 2026, from 00:00 UTC on July 7, 2026 until 23:59 UTC on July 31, 2026 (the "Promotion Period").

Transactions completed before or after the Promotion Period are not eligible. The Company may modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time where permitted by law.

3. How to qualify

Within the Promotion Period, you must make a qualifying luxury purchase using your KAST card.

To qualify:

  • Pay at an eligible luxury merchant using your KAST card during the Promotion Period;
  • The transaction must fall under an eligible luxury merchant category code ("MCC") as determined by the Company;
  • The transaction must be successfully completed and not refunded, reversed, cancelled, or disputed;
  • The transaction must comply with these Terms and any other applicable KAST terms.

Qualifying luxury spend is tracked by the Company based on eligible luxury MCCs and Company records.

4. Eligible spend categories

Eligible spend for this Promotion is limited to transactions in the merchant category codes ("MCCs") listed below, as determined by the Company.

Transactions outside eligible categories, including cash withdrawals, transfers, fees, refunds, reversed transactions, cancelled transactions, disputed transactions, or transactions that the Company determines to be suspicious, abusive, or ineligible, do not qualify.

Merchant eligibility is determined by the MCC or merchant identifier assigned by the merchant, acquirer, or payment network. The Company is not responsible if a merchant is assigned a different MCC than expected. Examples of brands that may fall within eligible categories include Hermès, Rolex, Cartier, Chanel, Dior, and Patek Philippe, subject to eligibility verification by the Company.

5. Reward

Qualifying participants receive 10% back on qualifying luxury spend, up to $20,000 of eligible spend per user, for a maximum reward of $2,000 per user (the "Reward").

Eligible spend may be in multiple currencies. The USD amounts shown are reference caps and are calculated using KAST's applicable FX rate at transaction settlement.

The total Promotion reward pool is limited to $150,000 (the "Pool"). Rewards are granted on a first-come, first-served basis according to transaction settlement timestamp, and the Promotion may automatically pause or end early once the Pool is reached. The Company does not guarantee that all eligible participants will receive a Reward if the Pool is exhausted before their qualifying transactions settle.

Rewards will be credited to the participant's KAST account after the Promotion ends, subject to verification and compliance with these Terms. No manual claim is required. Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash unless stated. If an underlying transaction is later reversed, refunded, cancelled, disputed, or charged back, the Company may reverse, withhold, or adjust any Reward related to that transaction.

6. Verification

The Company's tracking systems and records are final and binding. The Company may require verification checks before crediting Rewards.

Failure to pass verification, failure to comply with these Terms, or any suspected fraud, abuse, or manipulation may result in disqualification or forfeiture of the Reward.

7. Prohibited conduct

Participants may not use multiple accounts, engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior, manipulate transactions, split or structure transactions to abuse the Promotion, create artificial or non-genuine spend, or violate any applicable laws or Company policies.

The Company may disqualify participants, withhold Rewards, or revoke Rewards already credited if prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected.

8. Taxes

Participants are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or charges arising from a Reward received in connection with the Promotion. The Company does not provide tax advice.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Promotion and Rewards are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for technical issues, system failures, delayed or misdirected transactions, delays in Reward crediting, or any losses arising from participation in the Promotion or use of Rewards.

10. Privacy

Participation may require the collection and use of personal data in accordance with the Company's Privacy Policy. By participating, you consent to such processing for administration, verification, Reward distribution, fraud prevention, and compliance purposes.

11. Modification or termination

The Company may modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion, Rewards, or these Terms at any time where permitted by law, including in cases of fraud, abuse, technical failure, operational issues, legal or regulatory concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
