MENA KAST November Welcome Reward Campaign - Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

• The campaign is open to new KAST users from MENA countries who register between November 10 and November 30, 2025.
• Users must have a verified KAST account.
• Each user is eligible for one reward only.
  

2. Campaign Period

• The campaign runs from November 10, 2025 (00:00 GMT+3) to November 30, 2025 (23:59 GMT+3).
• All qualifying transactions must be completed and settled within this period.
  

3. How to Qualify

• Create a KAST Account and complete KYC during the campaign period.
• Spend over $100 during the campaign period to earn a $10 USDT reward.
• Spend over $100 and purchase a Physical KAST Card within the same period to earn a $20 USDT reward.
• Physical Card purchases also earn KAST Points as per the standard KAST Rewards Program.
  

4. Reward Details

• Rewards are distributed in USDT directly to eligible users’ KAST Accounts.
• Rewards will be credited in early December 2025, once all transactions are confirmed.
• Users may withdraw, hold, or use their USDT freely within their KAST account.
• Rewards are non-transferable and limited to one reward per eligible account.
  

5. Exclusions

• Cancelled, refunded, or reversed transactions do not count toward the $100 minimum spend.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious behavior leads to disqualification.
• Any breach of KAST’s Terms of Service may result in forfeiture of rewards.
  

6. General

• KAST reserves full discretion to interpret, apply, and enforce these rules, including reviewing or adjusting transactions or rewards suspected of fraud, abuse, or non-compliance.
• KAST may audit activity at any time. Fraud or violations may result in disqualification, forfeiture of rewards, and account suspension or termination.
• Rewards have no cash value unless explicitly stated.
• By participating, users agree to these rules and release KAST and its affiliates from all liability related to the promotion.
• Cashback and points are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash unless otherwise specified.
• KAST may modify or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable law.
