Ad Spend T&Cs

These Terms & Conditions (“Rules”) govern the Ad Spend Cashback (Monthly) campaign (the “Campaign”) applicable to qualifying ad spend card transactions completed during each Monthly Cycle. This Campaign is available only in selected eligible countries and is not a worldwide offer. The Campaign is currently planned to run from 1 July 2026 to 31 August 2026, unless modified, suspended, or terminated earlier by KAST, subject to applicable law. By participating, users agree to be bound by these Rules and the Terms and Conditions governing their KAST account. In the event of any conflict, these Rules shall prevail for the purposes of this Campaign.

2. Eligibility

  • The Campaign is available exclusively to KAST users in selected eligible markets who have completed KYC using an eligible identity document (“Eligible Users”).
  • Only card spend transactions qualify.
  • Only spend transactions that match KAST’s merchant eligibility criteria for the merchants listed below qualify (“Qualifying Transactions”).
  • Deposits, inbound transfers, outbound transfers, internal transfers, reversals, cancelled transactions, refunds, chargebacks, declined transactions, or failed transactions do not qualify.
  • Qualifying Transactions must be successfully completed within the applicable Monthly Cycle.

3. Campaign structure (cashback-style credit)

Eligible Users will receive a promotional credit in the form of cashback on successfully completed Qualifying Transactions during a Monthly Cycle. Qualifying Transactions are aggregated per user within each Monthly Cycle and are subject to the per-user cap set out below.

Important conditions

  • Cashback may be posted after the transaction; it is provided as a credit-back and not as an instant point-of-sale discount.
  • Rewards are calculated per eligible transaction, based on the eligible portion of that transaction as defined below.
  • Transactions cannot be combined, split, or recharacterized to increase the promotional credit.
  • If an underlying transaction is later reversed, refunded, cancelled, or charged back, KAST may reverse, withhold, or adjust any promotional credit related to that transaction.

4. Reward caps (Eligible Users only, per Monthly Cycle)

This Campaign is subject to caps per Monthly Cycle and a total monthly rewards pool.

Eligible merchants

Qualifying Transactions must be charged by one or more of the following, as determined by KAST’s merchant identifier mapping:

  • Google Ads
  • Meta Ads (including Instagram placements if billed via Meta)
  • TikTok Ads
  • Instagram (only if billed as a distinct eligible merchant identifier; otherwise covered under Meta Ads)

Reward calculation (per user, per Monthly Cycle)

  • Eligible Users may earn 5% cashback on up to the first $1,000 of eligible ad spend during a Monthly Cycle (maximum cashback $50 per user per Monthly Cycle).
    • Eligible spend may be in multiple currencies; the USD amounts shown are reference caps and will be calculated using KAST’s applicable FX rate at transaction settlement.

Monthly rewards pool (across all users)

  • Cashback is subject to a $10,000 monthly rewards pool (the “Pool”). Credits are granted on a first-come, first-served basis according to transaction settlement timestamp, and the Campaign may automatically pause or end early for that Monthly Cycle once the Pool is reached.
  • The Pool is allocated based on transaction settlement timestamp; pending or late-settling transactions may not qualify if the Pool is exhausted.

Monthly Cycle timing

Each Monthly Cycle begins at 12:00 AM on the 1st day of the month and ends at 11:59 PM on the last day of the month (local time for the applicable country).

5. Reward distribution

  • Promotional credits will be applied after the end of the applicable Monthly Cycle, subject to verification.
  • KAST reserves the right to delay, withhold, reverse, or adjust any credits in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, error, reversal of the underlying transaction, or non-compliance with these Rules.
  • Promotional credits are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash unless explicitly permitted.

6. Fraud & compliance

KAST reserves the sole and absolute discretion to interpret and enforce these Rules. Any fraudulent activity, artificial transaction behavior, manipulation of the Campaign, or violation of these Rules may result in:

  • Immediate disqualification
  • Forfeiture or reversal of promotional credits
  • Suspension or termination of the user’s account

KAST may audit transaction activity at any time to ensure compliance.

7. General terms

  • This Campaign is void where prohibited by law.
  • Rewards may be subject to applicable tax or reporting obligations under local law.
  • By participating, users agree to release KAST and its affiliates from liability arising from participation in the Campaign to the extent permitted by applicable law.
  • KAST reserves the right to modify or terminate the Campaign at any time, subject to applicable law.
