PUBG Monthly Cashback T&Cs

These Terms & Conditions (“Rules”) govern the PUBG Monthly Top-Up Cashback campaign, Campaign ID SAARC-PUBG-JUL TO AUG (the “Campaign”), applicable to qualifying PUBG purchases/top-ups completed using the KAST card from 1 July 2026 to 31 August 2026. This Campaign is available only in selected eligible countries and is not a worldwide offer. By participating, users agree to be bound by these Rules and the Terms and Conditions governing their KAST account. In the event of any conflict, these Rules shall prevail for the purposes of this Campaign. KAST reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at any time, subject to applicable law.

2. Eligibility

  • The Campaign is available exclusively to KAST users in selected eligible markets who have completed KYC using an eligible identity document (“Eligible Users”).
  • Only card spend transactions qualify.
  • Only spend transactions that match KAST’s merchant eligibility criteria for PUBG purchases/top-ups qualify (“Qualifying Transactions”).
  • Deposits, inbound transfers, outbound transfers, internal transfers, reversals, cancelled transactions, refunds, chargebacks, declined transactions, or failed transactions do not qualify.
  • Qualifying Transactions must be successfully completed within the applicable Monthly Cycle.

3. Campaign structure (cashback-style credit)

Eligible Users will receive a promotional credit in the form of cashback on each successfully completed Qualifying Transaction during a Monthly Cycle.

Important conditions

  • Cashback may be posted after the transaction; it is provided as a credit-back and not as an instant point-of-sale discount.
  • Rewards are calculated per eligible transaction, based on the eligible portion of that transaction as defined below.
  • Transactions cannot be combined, split, or recharacterized to increase the promotional credit.
  • If an underlying transaction is later reversed, refunded, cancelled, or charged back, KAST may reverse, withhold, or adjust any promotional credit related to that transaction.

4. Reward caps (Eligible Users only, per Monthly Cycle)

This Campaign is subject to caps per Eligible User per Monthly Cycle:

  • Eligible purchase value cap: Cashback applies only to the first $50 of each Qualifying Transaction. If a Qualifying Transaction is above $50, cashback will be calculated on the first $50 only.
  • Transaction limit: Up to 5 Qualifying Transactions per Eligible User per Monthly Cycle.
  • Reward rate: 10% cashback on each Qualifying Transaction (subject to the cap above).
  • Maximum cashback per transaction: Up to $5.
  • Maximum cashback per user per Monthly Cycle: Up to $25 in total cashback.

Rewards are granted based on transaction completion timestamp and are subject to verification.

Monthly Cycle timing

Each Monthly Cycle begins at 12:00 AM on the 1st day of the month and ends at 11:59 PM on the last day of the month (local time for the applicable country).

5. Reward distribution

  • Promotional credits will be applied after the end of the applicable Monthly Cycle (or another timeline determined by KAST), subject to verification.
  • KAST reserves the right to delay, withhold, reverse, or adjust any credits in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, error, reversal of the underlying transaction, or non-compliance with these Rules.
  • Promotional credits are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash unless explicitly permitted.

6. Fraud & compliance

KAST reserves the sole and absolute discretion to interpret and enforce these Rules. Any fraudulent activity, artificial transaction behavior, manipulation of the Campaign, or violation of these Rules may result in:

  • Immediate disqualification
  • Forfeiture or reversal of promotional credits
  • Suspension or termination of the user’s account

KAST may audit transaction activity at any time to ensure compliance.

7. General terms

  • This Campaign is void where prohibited by law.
  • Rewards may be subject to applicable tax or reporting obligations under local law.
  • By participating, users agree to release KAST and its affiliates from liability arising from participation in the Campaign to the extent permitted by applicable law.
  • KAST reserves the right to modify or terminate the Campaign at any time, subject to applicable law.
