TR-MKT-MAY-SWIFT-01 Campaign Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions

1. The TR-MKT-MAY-SWIFT-01 campaign is valid from 15 May 2026 to 15 June 2026 or until the 100-user quota is reached, whichever comes first.
2. The campaign is available only to selected KAST users in Turkey who have successfully completed KYC verification.
3. Eligible users will receive a 0% SWIFT fee waiver on their first eligible SWIFT transaction of $1,000 USD or more during the campaign period.
4. The fee waiver applies only to the first qualifying SWIFT transaction and cannot be combined with other promotions or incentives.
5. The campaign is limited to a maximum of 100 approved users on a first-come, first-served basis.
6. KAST reserves the right to determine user eligibility and reject participation in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, duplicate accounts, device/IP manipulation, or violation of platform policies.
7. Transactions that are reversed, canceled, disputed, or found non-compliant may be excluded from the campaign.
8. KAST reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the campaign at any time for operational, technical, legal, or compliance reasons.
9. Participation in this campaign constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and KAST platform policies.
10. Standard KAST platform terms, compliance procedures, and applicable regulations continue to apply.
