Global WhatsApp July Registered Users Campaign Terms & Conditions
These Global WhatsApp July Registered Users Campaign Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern participation in the Global WhatsApp July Registered Users promotion (the "Promotion") organized by Troia Corp and its affiliates ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") in connection with the KAST platform, website, or mobile application (collectively, the "Platform"). By participating, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Service Agreement, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not participate.
1. Eligibility
To participate, you must:
Be at least 18 years old at the time of participation;
Hold a valid KAST account in good standing;
Have completed identity verification where required;
Have registered for KAST in July;
Be in a market selected for this Promotion;
Have been KYC approved and not yet made a deposit before receiving this offer;
Receive this offer from KAST via WhatsApp or another official KAST communication channel;
Be legally permitted to participate under the laws of your country of residence.
The offer is personal and non-transferable. This is an exclusive offer available only to KAST members who received it directly, and it cannot be claimed by anyone who did not receive the offer. The Company may verify eligibility and disqualify any participant who does not meet these requirements.
2. Promotion period
The Promotion runs from July 17, 2026 until July 30, 2026 (the "Promotion Period"). Actions completed before or after the Promotion Period are not eligible. The Company may modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time where permitted by law.
3. How to qualify
Within the Promotion Period, you must:
Make a qualifying deposit into your KAST account; and
Complete the required minimum eligible spend using your KAST card.
The required spend and Reward amount depend on your country of residence or the market group assigned to you.
Participants in Brazil, Egypt, Morocco, or Thailand must complete at least $50 in eligible spend to receive a $10 Reward.
Participants in the United States, Saudi Arabia, the United Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates, Spain, France, or Germany must complete at least $100 in eligible spend to receive a $20 Reward.
The deposit may be made using any deposit method supported by KAST, unless otherwise stated in the offer communication. Eligible spend must be completed using your KAST card during the Promotion Period. Transactions that are reversed, refunded, declined, disputed, cancelled, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid do not count toward the spend requirement.
4. Eligible spend
Eligible spend is limited to genuine card purchases completed with your KAST card during the Promotion Period. The Company may exclude transactions that are not considered genuine consumer spend, including but not limited to cash withdrawals, cash equivalents, money transfers, wallet top-ups, gambling, fees, reversed transactions, refunded transactions, chargebacks, or transactions that violate KAST policies.
The Company’s tracking systems and transaction records determine whether a transaction qualifies.
5. Reward
Qualifying participants in lower-spend markets receive $10, and qualifying participants in higher-spend markets receive $20 (the "Reward"). The Reward will be credited within 14 days of the end of the Promotion Period, subject to verification and compliance with these Terms.
No manual claim is required. Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash unless stated. Rewards are credited subject to verification and compliance with these Terms.
6. Verification
The Company's tracking systems and records are final and binding. The Company may require verification checks before crediting Rewards. Failure to pass verification or comply with these Terms may result in forfeiture of the Reward.
7. Prohibited conduct
Participants may not use multiple accounts, engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior, manipulate deposits or transactions, create artificial spend, attempt to reverse qualifying transactions after receiving a Reward, or violate any applicable laws or Company policies. The Company may disqualify participants, withhold Rewards, or revoke Rewards already credited if prohibited conduct is detected.
8. Taxes
Participants are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or charges arising from a Reward. The Company does not provide tax advice.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Promotion and Rewards are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for technical issues, system failures, delayed or misdirected entries, delayed transaction posting, merchant coding issues, or any losses arising from participation in the Promotion or use of Rewards.
10. Privacy
Participation may require the collection and use of personal data in accordance with the Company's Privacy Policy. By participating, you consent to such processing for administration, verification, fraud prevention, and Reward distribution.
11. Modification or termination
The Company may modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion or these Terms at any time where permitted by law, including in cases of fraud, technical failure, operational issues, legal or regulatory requirements, or unforeseen circumstances.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Seychelles, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved on an individual basis only, and not as part of a class or representative action.
