KAST Member of the Month: Meet Coach

We’re happy to announce Coach as our Member of the Month for June.

Most people online know him as Coach, an Arab content creator helping his community understand Decentralized Finance (DeFi), decentralized trading, and crypto onchain.

Coach started his crypto journey in 2021, and it was not easy. After losing more than 90% of his initial capital, he slowed down, learned properly, and rebuilt step by step.

That experience is why education matters so much to him today.

His life has also taken him through challenges outside crypto, from serving in the military to starting again from zero after an injury forced him away from his business for more than three years.

That mindset still shapes how he moves today.

My life is about fighting for what I believe in, building from zero, and using every challenge as a way to create something better for myself and my community.

Coach Is Based in Libya, But His Work Takes Him Across Borders

Coach is based in Libya. His office, tools, and main setup are there, so Libya is where he feels grounded and focused.

But his life is not fixed in one place. He often moves between Libya, Germany, Italy, and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) for events, collaborations, and opportunities.

For Coach, travel is how he meets people, understands different communities, and brings new ideas back to his own audience. It also showed him how different financial access can feel from country to country.

In some places, paying online, booking hotels, using cards, or managing subscriptions feels normal. In others, banking limits, card issues, high fees, or restrictions make things harder.

That shaped the way he thinks about financial access. It’s not just about money. It’s about freedom, mobility, and opportunity.

Football Has Been Part of Coach’s Life Since Childhood

Coach’s connection to football started early. One of his first memories was the 1994 World Cup final between Brazil and Italy. When his uncle asked which team he supported, he simply said:

I choose the yellow team.

That team was Brazil. Brazil won the World Cup, and from that moment, the national team became special to him.

At club level, Coach is a Manchester United fan. His connection with United started around 1999, especially after the unforgettable Champions League comeback against Bayern Munich.

Old Trafford remains one of his biggest football dreams.

That has been a childhood dream for me, and until today it has not happened yet. Hopefully, one day it will.

Another dream would be attending a World Cup final, something he would love to document and share with the Arab community.

Matchday Made the Tournament Feel Personal

When KAST launched the Matchday campaign, Coach was excited from the start.

He wanted to win every pick, enjoy the 2x cashback boost, and qualify for the final trip draw.

At the time, he was in Germany for an event, then had some holiday time after that. The campaign made the tournament feel even more exciting because every match had something extra attached to it.

Coach was not just watching football. He was protecting a streak, making decisions, and unlocking real rewards.

His picks were not random either. He watched highlights, checked old matches on YouTube, studied team style, and paid attention to form, injuries, suspensions, confidence, and availability.

It was not just random guessing. It took time and analysis, but it was also a lot of fun, especially when most of the picks turned out to be right.

For Coach, a good Matchday pick comes from a mix of form, players, history, team style, and gut feeling. But the gut feeling comes last. He tries to watch, analyze, and understand the matchup first.

His Most Satisfying Pick: Brazil vs Morocco

Coach’s most satisfying correct pick was Brazil against Morocco.

Brazil was his childhood team, while Morocco carried a special connection for him as an Arab football fan. He put emotion aside, looked at both teams properly, and predicted a balanced 1-1 draw.

That’s exactly what happened.

When it finished exactly like that, it felt amazing.

The prediction felt even more special because he remembers saying it during an interview with KAST at Solana Summit Germany.

Cashback Changed the Way Coach Spent

The Matchday campaign gave 2x cashback for 24 hours after a correct decision. Coach used that boost many times.

Because he was on holiday during the campaign, the rewards became part of his lifestyle.

When he made a correct pick and unlocked the boost, he would go out and use it properly. He bought electronics, clothes, flights, hotels, and other things he needed while traveling.

But when he got one pick wrong, his spending changed.

I think I only bought coffee and some food that day.

That made the campaign feel more connected to real life. It was not only about guessing a football result. The outcome affected how he spent during the next 24 hours.

You enjoy the game, you make your prediction, and if you are right, you get something back from it.

How Coach Found KAST

Before KAST, Coach had a real problem: getting money out of crypto safely and practically.

At the time, one of the main options available to him was P2P. But P2P was not always easy. It could be risky, slow, and stressful, with the possibility of scams always in the background.

He had looked at other crypto Visa card options before, but never fully trusted them.

Then he discovered KAST on X around October 2024, shortly after KAST had started. He decided to try it early because it looked like a solution to a real problem he was facing.

Since then, he says he has not really looked for another Visa card.

KAST became the card that connected his crypto life with real-world spending in a way that felt easier and safer.

Why Coach Uses KAST

Today, Coach uses KAST for almost everything.

He uses it for travel, flights, hotels, everyday spending, shopping, subscriptions, online tools, and anything connected to his lifestyle as a content creator and crypto trader.

Because much of his income and activity is connected to crypto, KAST gives him a simple way to use that money in normal life.

KAST is the bridge between my crypto life and the real world, giving me the freedom to spend, travel, and move money without limits

For Coach, that bridge matters because he lives across countries and communities.

He has used KAST across Europe, including Germany, Denmark, Italy, Spain, and France. He has also used it in Turkey, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Tunisia, and Egypt.

That kind of reliability is important for someone who does not want to depend on one local banking system. Coach says KAST works with the way he lives and travels, instead of forcing him to rebuild his financial setup every time he moves.

Before KAST, travel meant constantly thinking about money. Would the cash be enough? What happens if he runs out? Who could he trust?

With KAST, he can book flights and hotels, pay for everyday spending, manage subscriptions, and enjoy the trip without carrying that stress in his head.

That is why KAST feels practical for him. It makes travel lighter, easier, and more flexible.

Coach’s Favorite KAST Feature

Coach’s favorite KAST feature so far is KAST Tag.

For him, it makes sending money to family simple. He can send money in seconds, without fees, and that has changed the way he supports people close to him.

It may sound like a small feature, but in real life it is very powerful.

For Coach, the value is not only in travel, spending, or crypto access. It’s also in everyday support, the simple moments where moving money quickly and easily makes life better.

Why Coach Is Our June Member of the Month

Coach represents the kind of KAST member we’re building for.

He lives across borders. He creates content for a community that needs better access to crypto education. He understands the gap between onchain opportunity and real-world spending because he has lived it himself.

He also brings KAST into real life: travel, football, family support, shopping, flights, hotels, subscriptions, and daily spending.

His story is about more than crypto. It’s about rebuilding after difficult moments, learning through experience, helping others, and using better tools to make life more flexible.

That’s what makes Coach stand out.

He does not only use KAST. He understands why it matters.

Who’s Next?

KAST Member of the Month is for people who use KAST to get more out of life and work, and inspire others to do the same.

That can happen through travel, business, content, events, referrals, community help, product feedback, football campaigns, or simply showing others what KAST makes possible.

Keep building. Keep sharing. Keep making KAST more useful for the people around you.

You might be next.
