KAST Members Can Now Send Feedback Directly to the CEO

We believe the best products come from honest conversations with the people who use them every day.

That’s why we’re happy to share that our CEO, Raagulan Pathy, has opened a direct line of feedback for KAST members. In a post on X, Raagulan announced that you can now email him directly at ceo@kast.xyz.

The goal is simple: bring you closer to the people building KAST, keep feedback transparent, and make sure your experience still feels personal as we grow.

As Raagulan said:

“We are removing all layers between our customers and myself, by setting up a direct line.”

Why This Direct Line Matters

KAST is growing fast, with more users, more product options, more partners, and more payment flows across fiat and stablecoins.

That growth helps us build more for our members. However, it also means we have to work harder to keep the experience clear, human, and easy to use.

Raagulan opened this direct line because scaling should never mean losing the one-to-one connection with members.

As he wrote on X:

“One of the challenges of scaling, is losing that direct contact with users and layers coming in between.”

We want you to feel heard when something works well, when something feels off, or when you have an idea that could make KAST better.

KAST Should Always Feel Human

KAST was not built to feel cold, distant, or robotic.

We’re building for people who live, work, earn, spend, and move money globally. That experience should come with real support, real listening, and a clear path to reach us when it matters.

Raagulan said it clearly:

“I never wanted us to ever feel like a bank or fintech, without that real human touch.”

We take that seriously. As we add more fiat product options, partners, and compliance layers, we also want to make sure you never feel lost inside the process.

Or, as Raagulan put it:

“But our problems, should never become customers problems.”

How to Send Feedback to Raagulan

You can now email ceo@kast.xyz to share feedback, escalate an issue, or send product ideas.

You can write about what you like, what frustrates you, what should work better, or what you want us to build next.

For account-related issues, please include your name and the email or phone number linked to your KAST account. This helps us identify the account and create a secure way to continue the conversation in app.

This direct line is part of a simple promise: as KAST grows, we want to stay close to the people who matter most.
