Meet KAST Head of Marketing: Isya Putri

Isya Putri brings clarity, high standards, relentless execution and, yes, luxury to KAST.

She brings a clear sense of brand, detail, and customer experience, and turns them into something people want to be part of. At KAST, she sits at the intersection of marketing, growth, events, and execution. Internally, she was given an unofficial title that says a lot: “Swiss Army knife.” It reflects how she has moved across roles as the company evolved, stepping in wherever the business needed her most.

She now leads marketing. However, that title only tells part of the story. The bigger one is this: Isya has been helping shape KAST from the beginning, bringing consistency, attention to detail, and a clear view of what good execution should look like.

“I have always been obsessed with branding and attention to detail.”

Her attention to detail is legendary internally — colleagues even call her “Eagle Eyes”, because she can spot instantly if the KAST logo is slightly stretched, the wrong font is used, or there’s an extra space between words.

That standard shows up in the way KAST presents itself, the way events are built, and the way the brand makes people feel.

From Indonesia to Building Businesses

Isya grew up in Indonesia and built her career early. She started working while still in college, driven by a strong desire to become independent and carve her own path. From the start, she was drawn to growth, business-building, and roles where she could create momentum instead of simply maintaining it.

“I started working while I was still studying, not out of necessity, but because I was hungry for experience and growth.”

Her background did not follow one narrow industry lane. She worked across media, commodities trading, telecom infrastructure, and IT database management. Yet the pattern stayed the same. She stayed for years, not months. She moved only when the learning curve ended. She did not chase titles. She chased growth.

“The only reason I ever moved on was because I felt stuck, like I could not learn and grow anymore.”

It explains the kind of operator she is. She did not build her career around comfort. She built it around growth.

The Builder Behind the Brand

Before KAST, one of the most defining chapters in Isya’s career came through working with Raagulan Pathy at Zoom in Asia.

She joined to focus on building the business in Indonesia. Within her first six months, she closed the largest and most complex deal in Zoom’s history globally at the time — selling a completely new business model that hadn’t existed before. The deal put Indonesia on the global map, made the worldwide team sit up and take notice, and eventually led to Zoom replicating her use cases globally.

Even after this early win, she stayed for years to grow the local team, scale the business, and see the project through to completion. That experience captured exactly what drives her: the build phase, tackling challenges that have never been solved before, and growing a team from the ground up.

“What feeds my soul is building.”

That instinct carried directly into KAST.

She joined before launch as part of the founding team, when the company was still in its earliest form, the product was new, and the mission was still being shaped publicly. For Isya, that was not a risk — it was the draw.

“It’s very personal to me.”
“I feel like I’m building KAST as if it were my own company.”

This shows that she doesn’t see KAST as a company she joined later; she helped build it from zero to what it is today. In recognition of her contribution, she received the Founder Award earlier this year, with Raagulan saying: “Isya captures the true spirit of KAST.”

Why KAST Was the Right Move

Isya did not come into KAST from crypto or finance.

She joined because she believed in the opportunity and trusted the vision behind it. Raagulan first brought her closer to the space by sharing books and podcast links on crypto and stablecoins, giving her time to understand the fundamentals before KAST entered the picture. Later, when he showed her the KAST white paper, the idea clicked immediately.

“The vision was clear.”

Soon after, the conviction followed:

“I was totally sold.”

She did not come in with a conventional finance background, yet she learned fast, moved into a new category, and grew with it. Since joining, she has worn multiple hats — leading growth campaigns, managing the affiliate program and partnerships, overseeing content and social media, running events, supporting company priorities, and managing people operations — all while expanding KAST’s presence across markets.

“Whatever area I can provide value in, I’m happy to do it.”

That range is one of her clearest strengths. She strongly believes in what KAST is building and the role it can play in reshaping how people move money globally.

“When you talk about KAST believers, it’s me.”

The Woman Bringing Luxury to KAST

Luxury is easy to misuse. Isya understands it differently.

For her, luxury is not about decoration. It is about access, experience, and attention to detail.

“KAST is more than a financial platform.”
“It’s access.”

That thinking sits behind the events she builds — the soft launch, the early flagship party, the brand details, the VIP experiences, the premium feel, even the iconic Solid Gold party. The goal is not simply to host something nice; it is to create moments people remember and want to return to.

“I love every detail.”
“I want our customers to feel special.”

What makes it even more challenging: Isya has always maintained a lean team. Most event executions were done with just one teammate, no more. That means long conference days, night events, early mornings, flights alone with heavy boxes, and repeated setup — everything done hands-on.

“Behind the scenes, it’s not luxury at all. It’s execution.”

It highlights the reality behind the polished results: making something look effortless takes relentless hard work.

A Leader With High Standards

For Isya, leadership is simple: set the standard, support the team, and take responsibility.

“To lead is to serve — not to tell people what to do, but to help them become better.”

She is clear that she can be strict, push people, raise the bar, and expect toughness rather than softness. At the same time, her leadership style is not only about pressure. It is also about protection, support, and accountability.

“If my team members make a mistake, I take the accountability.”
“If they do something great, all credit goes to the team.”

That combination is what makes her effective: she sets high standards, stands behind her team, and takes responsibility when it counts.

Why the Work Feels Personal

For Isya, KAST is not just a company story. It is also a user story.

Because she has spent so much time organizing events and meeting users across markets, she has seen firsthand how people use the product and why it matters. One story stayed with her in particular: a user in a hospital needed urgent payment support and could not wait on traditional banking timelines. “KAST really saved my life,” the user said — showing Isya firsthand the real-world impact of the platform.

That is also why one feature stands out to her more than most: the ability to move money between crypto and traditional bank accounts. For Isya, that value is personal too. She is paid in stablecoins, while her family is in Indonesia. Direct payout to a bank account removed a process that used to take several steps.

“It’s like one click, boom.”

This is where her belief in KAST goes beyond internal conviction. It comes from seeing, and experiencing, the product solve real problems.

Outside Work, the Same Heart Shows Up

Even outside work, the pattern stays the same: Isya builds, protects, and cares.

She has dedicated a part of her life to rescuing injured stray cats since 2016, driven by a belief that one of life’s purposes is to help living creatures who cannot ask for help or say thanks. Today, she cares for 27 cats at home, supports another animal shelters, and hopes to one day build a larger sanctuary.

“This is something I’m really passionate about.”
“Caring for animals and nature has always been part of who I am. When I was a toddler, I loved watching ants and even rescued one that was injured!”

She also loves rock climbing, camping, and time outdoors. That side of her fits the rest of the picture: high energy, focused, determined, relentless, and unafraid of challenges.

At KAST, that adds up to a rare combination: she brings together execution, brand, and growth — with a clear focus on building something people actually want to use. That is why “Swiss Army knife” makes sense — her versatility shows in every part of KAST. And that same care and precision elevates every touchpoint at KAST: in her hands, luxury is never about appearance, but about detail, experience, and precision in execution.
