TokenNation São Paulo: KAST Event Recap

Sometimes the best event activations start with a simple idea.

At TokenNation São Paulo, we wanted to create something people would remember. Instead of waiting for attendees to find us, we brought KAST directly into the event experience with the Koffee Kart and Golden Ticket Giveaway.

The result? More than 300 interactions on the first day alone.

Turning a Coffee Break Into a KAST Experience

Throughout the event, attendees could spot KAST Golden Tickets attached to participants around the venue. The tickets quickly became conversation starters.

People asked questions. They wanted to know what the tickets were, how they got them, and where they could join the activation.

That curiosity led them directly to KAST.

The activation combined coffee, giveaways, and community engagement into one experience that kept people talking throughout the event.

Hundreds of Attendees Engaged

The Koffee Kart became a gathering point for attendees across TokenNation.

Throughout the activation, participants received a variety of rewards, including coffee vouchers, food and beverage vouchers, Stanley thermos cups, and even a KAST Premium membership.

More importantly, the activation created real conversations with people interested in learning more about KAST and what we are building.

By the end of the first day, the team had already recorded more than 300 interactions.

The activation came together through strong teamwork across KAST, from planning and execution to KYC support, supplier payments, design, and content.
