Blockchain Rio Booth Sign-Up Rewards

1. Overview

KAST is running a limited event campaign for eligible users who sign up with KAST during Blockchain Rio in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

Eligible users who complete the required onboarding steps during the Campaign Period may receive event-specific rewards, which may include enhanced cashback, exclusive merchandise, and selected VIP transport support. Rewards are limited, subject to eligibility, verification, availability, and the campaign-specific rules below.

This Campaign is intended to support KAST’s on-ground event activation at Blockchain Rio and introduce eligible users to KAST’s stablecoin-backed payments and technology platform.

2. Reward details

Eligible participants may receive one or more of the following rewards, subject to the rules and limits below:

• Enhanced cashback: Eligible new sign-ups at the KAST booth may receive 3x cashback during the Campaign Period.
• Exclusive merchandise: Eligible new sign-ups at the KAST booth may receive limited KAST event merchandise, while supplies last.
• Gold card prize opportunity: Eligible new sign-ups may be considered for a chance to receive a KAST gold card. KAST may select the top spender during the Campaign Period, subject to verification, fraud checks, product availability, and applicable terms.
• VIP transport support: Selected VIPs or eligible users may receive Uber Black support during Blockchain Rio week, up to US$100 per eligible user. Approved amounts will be credited manually within 7 days after the Campaign Period.

Reward type, availability, fulfilment method, and eligibility may vary by user segment, jurisdiction, and product availability.

3. Eligibility

• Eligible jurisdictions: Brazil and any other jurisdictions approved by KAST and Legal for this Campaign.
• KYC requirement: User must complete identity verification and all onboarding requirements before the applicable reward is distributed.
• User segment: New users who sign up with KAST at the Blockchain Rio booth, and selected VIPs or eligible users approved by KAST for VIP transport support.
• Minimum activity: Requirements vary by reward:
  • Enhanced cashback and merchandise may require booth sign-up and completion of onboarding requirements.
  • Gold card prize eligibility may require qualifying card spend during the Campaign Period.
  • VIP transport support requires prior eligibility confirmation by KAST and qualifying transport usage during the Campaign Period.
• Campaign location: Blockchain Rio, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

4. How to participate

1. Visit the KAST booth or approved KAST activation during Blockchain Rio.
2. Sign up for KAST using the campaign link, QR code, or process provided by KAST.
3. Complete identity verification and all onboarding requirements.
4. Complete any qualifying action required for the relevant reward during the Campaign Period.
5. For VIP transport support, follow the process communicated by KAST and submit any required proof or details within the requested timeframe.

Participation may be automatic for eligible booth sign-ups where stated by KAST. Some rewards may require KAST confirmation, manual review, or additional steps before distribution.

5. Campaign-specific rules

• This Campaign is available only to eligible users, subject to applicable product availability, jurisdictional restrictions, identity verification, and KAST’s approval.
• Rewards are limited and may be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis or according to KAST’s selection criteria.
• Enhanced cashback applies only during the Campaign Period and only to qualifying activity determined by KAST.
• Merchandise is available while supplies last and may vary by size, type, and availability.
• The gold card prize opportunity is not guaranteed. KAST may select the top spender during the Campaign Period from eligible new sign-ups, subject to verification, fraud checks, product availability, and applicable cardholder terms.
• VIP transport support is available only to selected VIPs or eligible users confirmed by KAST. Reimbursement or credit is capped at US$100 per eligible user and will be credited manually within 7 days after the Campaign Period, subject to review and approval by KAST.
• Transactions, spend, or activity that are refunded, reversed, disputed, charged back, declined, cancelled, fraudulent, self-dealing, abusive, or otherwise invalid do not count as qualifying activity.
• KAST may withhold, reverse, or claw back any reward if it reasonably determines that a participant has breached these rules or engaged in fraud, misrepresentation, abuse, or manipulation of the Campaign.
• KAST Card availability, features, limits, and transaction eligibility vary by jurisdiction and are subject to eligibility, verification, and applicable cardholder terms.
• By participating in this Campaign (including by registering for the Campaign, completing any qualifying action described on this page, claiming or redeeming any Campaign reward, or otherwise taking any step that this page identifies as a means of participation), you agree to these campaign-specific rules and the terms set out in the “Important Information” section below.

Important Information

• Participation in this campaign (the “Campaign”) is strictly optional.
• The Campaign is governed by the campaign-specific rules on this page, the KAST Reward Terms, and the KAST Platform Terms, KAST Privacy Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference. If there is any inconsistency, the campaign-specific rules on this page prevail, followed by the KAST Reward Terms and then the KAST Platform Terms, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
• To be eligible, you must hold a KAST account that has completed identity verification and all onboarding requirements before the end of the Campaign Period and maintain your account in good standing through the date rewards are distributed.
• The Campaign is not available in all jurisdictions and is void where prohibited.
• Rewards are limited and not guaranteed. KAST reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Campaign or its mechanics at any time at its sole discretion, subject to applicable law.
• Rewards will be credited by the distribution date stated on this page. Where a reward must be actively claimed, rewards not claimed by the stated deadline are forfeited without compensation. Where the campaign-specific rules impose a holding period, minimum balance, or continued subscription requirement, failure to maintain it may result in reversal or clawback of the reward as described in those rules.
• Transactions that are refunded, reversed, disputed or charged back do not count as qualifying activity, and KAST may deduct such amounts from your qualifying volume, including after a reward has been distributed.
• KAST will disqualify any participant, and may withhold, reverse, or claw back any reward, where it reasonably determines that the participant has engaged in fraud, misrepresentation, or abuse of the Campaign – including the use of multiple, shared, or coordinated accounts; self-dealing, wash, or offsetting transactional; refund or chargeback cycling; exploitation of an error in Campaign mechanics; or any other manipulation of the Campaign.
• KAST cards are issued pursuant to license from the applicable card network. The Campaign is offered by KAST alone and is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any card network or any bank or issuing partner.
• KAST’s determinations regarding the Campaign, including eligibility and reward calculation, are final and binding, subject to applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be waived by agreement. If you have a complaint, contact KAST support through the app or website.
• If contradictions exist between this English text and any translations, the original English version shall prevail and serves as the definitive reference for accuracy.
• Jurisdiction notice: This Campaign may require market-specific disclosure language before publication, including as applicable EU/EEA MiCA-authorized entity identification and risk statement; UK FCA financial promotion rules, including risk summary and cooling off where in scope; UAE VARA marketing disclosures; Brazilian market-specific disclosures; and any other market-specific disclosures required by Legal.
