KAST at MERGE São Paulo recap

On March 18, we hosted the KAST VIP Cocktail at 300 Sky Bar in São Paulo and brought together founders, finance leaders, fintech operators, media partners, and crypto voices for a busy night on Av. Faria Lima. From 7:00 PM to 11:30 PM, the room stayed full with strong conversations, premium cocktails, and an exclusive DJ set.

The setting helped from the start. 300 Sky Bar sits on the 18th floor in Vila Olímpia, right above São Paulo’s financial center, so guests walked into skyline views, music, and a room that was already moving. People were meeting, reconnecting, and getting into conversations almost as soon as they arrived.

We also kept the event close to our ecosystem. Guests needed the KAST app and completed KYC to enter, which gave the room a more relevant mix from the start. That meant people were not there randomly. They already had a link to what we are building, and that made the night sharper.

The Guest List Had the Right Mix

The room brought together people from major banks, investment offices, fintech companies, media, and crypto. That mix gave the night range and made the conversations better. You had people from different parts of finance in one place, and that opened up the kind of exchanges you do not get from a more one sided crowd.

Several major crypto KOLs joined us too, including Jader Nogueira, Bernardo Pascowitch, Gustavo Nenesk, Júlia de Jesus, Valéria Investe, Rodolfo Marques, and Tiago Lopes. They added more visibility around the event and brought even more of Brazil’s crypto scene into the room.

That was one of the best parts of the night. The crowd made sense for KAST. It was a good mix of people who already knew us, people who were curious, and people who could immediately see where the product fits.

The Conversation Stayed on Real Things

The night centered on strategic networking and the future of global finance. Guests talked about stablecoins for global spending, the move from fiat to crypto, and faster access to USD accounts for people living and working across borders.

Because of that, the room never needed a heavy program. The conversations already had direction. People were talking about products, access, payments, and the practical side of moving money across countries and systems.

That also gave us a good chance to show KAST in the right setting. People could meet the team, ask direct questions, and understand more clearly what we are building and why it is relevant now.

The Numbers Were Strong

Interest was high before doors even opened:

  • 300 signups
  • 184 confirmed guests
  • 120 attendees
  • 150+ people on the waitlist

The turnout was strong, and the waitlist made it clear that demand went past the room we had that night. That gave the event extra weight before it even started.

What We Took From São Paulo

The night gave us a strong room in one of the region’s key finance cities and brought more people directly into the KAST ecosystem. Guests got the chance to meet the team, hear more about the product, and spend time with others already in the circle.

It also brought together a crowd that reflected where KAST sits today, between finance, fintech, and crypto, with all three in the same room. That made the event useful in a very direct way.

São Paulo gave us a packed room, a strong guest list, and the kind of conversations you want to keep building from.

KAST Adds In-App Affiliate Sign-Up and Portal Access

You’ve probably talked about KAST without even thinking about it. Maybe someone asked how you receive USD from abroad. Maybe they were curious how you actually spend stablecoins in daily life. Maybe you dropped your referral link in a group chat and moved on.But you never really know what happens next. Now you can turn those casual conversations into something structured and measurable — without creating a separate account or searching for signup pages. You can apply to the KAST Affiliate Program directly inside the app. There are no extra logins, no separate platforms to manage, and no added friction. It starts exactly where you already are.Why Apply Inside The App?Most affiliate programs sit outside the product experience. You usually have to search for the right signup page, create a separate login, manually connect your referral code, and then switch between different dashboards just to keep track of everything. It often feels disconnected from the product you’re actually using. With KAST, the process starts inside the app. You simply go to Home → Refer → Become an Affiliate.Because it’s built into your existing account, your email stays aligned, your referral code remains the same, and your identity is already verified. There’s no need to recreate information or manage a separate profile.Keeping everything in one place reduces friction, minimizes back-and-forth during review, and makes the whole process more straightforward. How The Application Process WorksStep 1: Apply From The AppOpen your KAST app and go to:Home → Refer → Become an AffiliateThen:Tap ReferTap Become an Affiliate (top corner)The application form opens in your browser. It’s short and focused. In practice, that means they talk about real things they do in KAST. For example, they receive USD into their KAST Global USD account, hold stablecoins like USDC, and spend globally with the KAST Card. They also use local payouts to convert funds into local currency when they need to.When your content reflects real usage, referrals feel natural. You are not pushing a product. Instead, you are showing how you use KAST in daily life.
